The hotel is large and well-equipped, but what I couldn't understand was that there was an electric kettle and cups in the room, but no tea or coffee. I asked the front desk and they told me that I needed to buy them in the store myself, which I found incredible.

The hotel has parking spaces, and it is very convenient to drive to the attractions. The scenery of the hotel is also very good. You can relax here for a vacation. The breakfast is good ,The staff are very friendly and make us feel very warm.

There wasn't any toilet paper when we arrived. Of course we were given some when we reported it to the cleaners. The bath towels were clean but looked rather overused.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice, big balcony with seaview. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very big,with an outside pool area, a nice pool bar where all staff was very kind and helpful and a gym and a spa center which we didn't have enough time to try. There was a great variety of food and beverages in the breakfast buffet and everything was very fresh and delicious. It was a very comfortable short stay.

Food, sadly it was tasteless and strange (Hot dog for breakfast?). We were given an evening meal for free and this was worse than the breakfast options sadly. Nice Greek food should’ve been the main options for me.

Breakfast is a joke , every day had to search for a table that didn’t have dirty crockery and then for a cup as they only brought a few out at a time, then if you had cereal you had to keep asking for spoons . Food was very tasteless and mostly lukewarm , they gave us one free evening meal this was a waste of time as the food again was unbeatable

Some parts of the hotel was not renovated yet and we got one of the old rooms. The towels were fraying and grey. Breakfast was very limited with not many good options.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Location is pretty much on the way to other parts of the island. Housekeeping was high quality and on time.

Breakfasts should be more diverse. The pool bar could be opened in the evenings as the view is beautiful. The hotel beach could be closer to the beach and separated from the public beach - similar to 5 star hotel. No refillable soap.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, close to the snorkeling spots. The room was really convenience with beautiful sea view. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful.

Nothing major. The air con in the room wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room, the children’s beds were a bit lumpy. The mini market didn’t sell soft drinks, milk or breads, which would have been nice when we didn’t fancy eating out. The pool toilet block was ok but they need to fix the cubicle locks.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool bar and restaurant which had very big portions, the cocktail bar staff were wonderful and the pool activities were great, with family darts, pool Zumba and the evening fire show our favourites. Special thanks for Vlad who got us involved and was great fun, we loved his humour. The local bus was just outside, making trips to Rhodes & Faliraki cheap and easy. Swimming pool was fantastic, we always got sun beds even when we arrived after 10am.

Room was pretty dirty. We saw someone else’s nickers under the bed. After the second say we kept getting hand towels to dry ourselves.

I miss a spoons, a long time for waiting to have a cup for the coffee, its lacy if you got a cup food was dry, and cold juice not tasty, orange juice the worst in the Rhodes I ever have..

The hotel is advertised as 4 stars, but honestly, besides the reception, everything else is probably a 2.5 stars. The room that we stayed in, did not look like it was renovated in quite a few years, air conditioning was very old, bathroom tiles and shower, extremely old, pool area bathrooms dirty and old. The food was good, not great.

The staff was welcoming, kind, smiling and interacting with us and our 2yo. The location is very nice.

The air con wasn’t great in the room and didn’t really circulate, and the bathroom stayed boiling hot after showers as it didn’t seem to have any ventilation. The WiFi didn’t always reach but didn’t affect our stay :)

The pool area, the staff, and the overall standard of the hotel was lovely. Breakfast had lots of options and we enjoyed the pool bar/restaurant.

Good points Location - About 15 minutes from Rhodes Old Town by taxi. Falaraki is only 5 mins away. Probably best to use the taxis, as opposed to the bus, about 12-15 euros per trip Staff - The staff throughout the hotel are very good. Mention for Nena on the front desk who was very helpful when we were booking trips/taxis etc Food - Decent food in the restaurant every night. Good range of drinks in the bar Facilities - We enjoyed the pool, but beware you'll need to reserve your sun bed early! Pool side bar and restaurant have a decent selection if you're staying on site. Next door - The Kreston Royal Hotel is adjacent to this property. We went there one night, the buffet was excellent, they also have different music performances every night. There is an a la carte restaurant on this site, we didn't use this but they will accept bookings (not on the same day). Local restaurants - We went to Caldera, which is about 10 mins walk downhill from the hotel. Really nice food, but the portions are large!

The room itself was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was left wet which led to ants… was not pleasant. After the cleaners came, they had left the sliding door open and we all got bitten that night. My daughter got what looks like to be bed bugs from the beds and is not happy at all.

It’s hard to find free sun-beds at the pool as it can get quite busy. The AC in the room could be better

We were given a free room upgrade to a room with the infinity pool which was great! Big room and bathroom. The pool bar and breakfast were good too with plenty of options.
