The room was perfect for our family of five and and the views were absolutely stunning! The staff were amazing and so accommodating. The breakfast was also great and the Greek yogurt was the best I’ve ever had.

I didn’t like how we were very close to other guest rooms with little privacy outdoors in our area with our hot tub. Hot tub was dirty.

The private pool area wasn’t as private as I thought as the sunbeds are in a shared space with the room next door. You also have to walk a bit to get to the nearest taxi point so it wouldn’t be suitable if you had a disability. That’s the same as most hotels around there though!

Beautiful property with stunning views, very attentive and friendly staff. Ela and Sofia were lovely. Lots of nice touches, free bottle of wine, breakfast by your private pool in the morning is AMAZING. The location was very centrally located.

All is perfect! If I have to be “picky”, my only disappointment is that you can’t really see the sunset views from the hotel which is not a big problem for us since you can walk down a couple minutes to the nearby locations for sunset.

All the staff, Sophia, Ella, and the bellboy provided the best service. They always went extra miles to help us with transportation and luggage, etc. Fantastic breakfast was delivered to our balcony every morning for us to enjoy in the awesome volcano views. This hotel experience is the best memory in Santorini!

A bit too much cleaning product is used, so you will want to air out your room each day.

The location was great, right next to town, but not noisy. The hot tub was amazing! Nice and warm with spectacular views. Staff were great, arranging transfers and carrying our luggage to and from (which was very welcomed with the hills and stairs). Breakfast in our room each day was also great. A good variety to start each day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the location was on the quieter side. we had a room which has great views of the caldera and a private jacuzzi. it was absolutely Magical. Sophia and Ella were absolutely lovely!! the breakfasts are scrummy - something you can just be full with for the day!

We stayed for two amazing nights. Everything was exceptional at Caldera Cliff Illusion. Ella, the kind lady at front desk gave us a warm welcome in our arrival. Breakfast was complete and delicious. The room was clean and super cozy with a very private jacuzzi.

We only stayed for two nights and we had a woderful time, but here some points to keep in mind. To be honest the noise from the ceiling did not bother me so much, but the noise from the neighbors did. Not sure if we got bad luck with the neighbors but the acoustic seemed fragile. I mean, you can hear people walking in the floor above you and there was a door dividing the rooms (locked of course) that could be responsible for "leaking" the sound. The jacuzzi water could be hotter, but we received an email right after the reservation communicating that in this period the temperature is 28C. The breakfast is very good, but since is served in the room is not so warm and everyday is the same, i point that out because it can be a little boring if stay for more time.

First of all I want to say a big thank you to Sofia for being so attentive. It was my husband's birthday and she organized a really nice surprise, way nicer than necessary but much appreciated. The photos really match the room, it was very cozy, clean and smelled great. Oh, also, when we arrived (very early) they offered us a coffee with a cake on the side <3 The jacuzzi could be hotter, but it was fine. Breakfast is served in the room and I loved it! it is really delicious and well served. All the staff is very sweet and kind.

We wish there had been some addtional storage or at least a shelf of some sort in the shower, even a hanging plastic shower caddy, to put a person’s shampoo, soap, wash cloth, etc. We wished the individual spas could have been heated more, our stay was off season and the temperatures were in the mid 60’s so the spas weren’t usable. Also, our shower door leak so badly that after my husband’s first shower, there was almost a river of water all the way to the bed. We did mention this to the receptionist but she wasn’t able to fix it while we were there so we just used three towels in front of the door to prevent the water from leaking.

The staff was fabulous, so friendly and very efficient including the staff at reception who went out of their way to meet our needs, Sophia even made arrangements for our group to have a private tour of the island. In addition, the bellman was great and did a wonderful job carrying our luggage down the long set of steps and back up at the end of our stay, we couldn’t have done it on our own and he also delivered our delicious breakfast to our rooms each morning when we asked.

The jacuzzi is a bit old (stained) and not heating up. Reported the hesting up iddur to the hotel staff, but this was not sorted out. It was quite a disappointment because I booked the hotel for the private jacuzzi. I was later told that the jacuzzi doesn't heat up and can only be used in summer.

The hotel has nice views of the caldera. Close to nice spots in Santorini. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Amazing breakfast.

Toilet shower doors had a gap which meant that water was leaking out and toilet was always wet
