Was last minute booking for 1 night but if staying longer would try for upper floor apartment.

We only had 1 night but could have stayed longer. Lovely view across the olive grove to the beach from the terrace. Only discovered as we were leaving the roof top terrace with even better view as we were on ground floor. Room smallish but comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. Would recommend.

There was a wide range of fruit, pastries, cheese and charcuterie and cereal as well as tea, coffee and juice for breakfast. The hotel is very close to the beach and a range of amenities. The room was very comfortable and had a cute little balcony.

There was nothing to dislike. Such a beautiful location.

nestled by the sea amongst spectacular mountains, the location is amazing. Just a short walk to the centre of the town. The owner and staff were very welcoming, offering coffee on arrival. The breakfast is also cooked by the staff and they are.very proud of their cooking. The room was perfect with a balcony to the mountains.

Room has very old, damaged furniture. Balcony was shared, which was not visible when booking. Bathroom is way too small, unfit for adults to shower, toilet was leaking, door met the wall and wouldnt fully close...

Ridiculously small bathrooms— shower footprint maybe 16” x 16” (?) making showers difficult. (Hard to fix problem, very common in budget Greek hotels.)

Nice looking stone construction rooms, lovely pool, super-nice staff. Drying rack provided so some clothes can be washed. Delicious breakfast.

The bathroom was too small to move around, even for a slim person and I am not exaggerating.

The shower stall was so narrow that there was no way to keep the shower curtain from touching my body. And the shower hanger is broken, I had to hold the shower head with one hand

We booked a mountain view but were given a sea view, which was lovely. The location was good for the beach and restaurants. Parking was easy and on site. The staff were rally lovely.

The staff agreed for a late check out at first but, at the last time, they changed idea and send my friend out of the room at short notice. This wans't very nice and it would have been better to know it beforehand; I understand that it wasn't something due by the property, but it would have been really appreciated, considering that the requested late check out was only a couple of hours.

The hotel is clean, the location is quite conveninet for the airport. There is palce for parking on the road nearby.

A great place to stay with basic comforts home cooked breakfast swimming pool easy access to the beach and restaurants. A relatively quiet area with a beautiful coastline and surrounding countryside.The hosts make every effort to ensure satisfaction.

A little difficult to find. Direct access to a shared Terrace. The room was compact.

The property was clean and comfortable, each room also has a drying rack which was an unexpected but very useful surprise for us. Great breakfast, really nice fresh juice. It is within 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and tavernas. We liked everything here for our short stay, thank you!

The host Antonio was Amazing So helpful and kind Such a lovely property We had sea view which I would recommend The Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the variety of food was wonderful. The freshly squeezed orange juice was exceptional. Would definitely stay there again Great location beautiful pool. You need a car to get around Limeni is a short drive into town. Location was great for what we were doing. The breakfast was fantastic and way beyond our expectations.

The room was very small and dated. You could hear noise every time someone in another room turned the water on or flushed the toilet. The TV didn’t work. The wi-fi didn’t work have the time. The pillows were super uncomfortable. And most importantly, the hotel is on the main road and close to the sea as shown on the Booking map. All-in-all very poor value for money. Do not recommend.

Thankfully we only stayed one night.
