The property is lovely, with a private swimming pool and beautiful views of the sunrise over the caldera. The rooms are big and spacious.

There’s nothing, I didn’t like about the property. The time of the season we went the pool wasn’t heated 😌, even with that what an amazing place.

The location, was amazing and the view was beautiful and breathtaking. It was very clean, the staff are very friendly, they know their stuff and the communication was excellent, very safe environment. The pictures on the site does not do the property any good justice, you need to see it with your own eyes and then you can talk. You wake up to a stunning sunrise in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Fira is just few minutes drive away what an incredible place, it’s worth every penny spent.

There is nothing I didn‘t like.

I loved the interior design and our terrace with amazing ocean views and a super nice pool. The staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive and I felt super comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10 and the cleaning staff is incredible, I‘ve never stayed at a cleaner place than Mardanza.

It takes a while for the strong residual smell of the floor cleaning product to air out, had the smell not been so strong, it would have been perfect.

The staff and the manager provided excellent services. The manager also made some dinner arrangements for us. The sunrise is unreal, I have not seen such pretty sunrise, for the 4 nights we stayed, we were lucky enough to have good weather and saw sunrise all 4 mornings. The breakfast was also tasty and affordable. The size of the room was huge for two people, we had a two bedroom rental for two people.

We loved it all. It’s with noting, as others have, that the main road is up a steep hill. We had a hire car so no problem for us. The elevated position does mean it can get breezy at times, but that’s just Santorini as a whole really.

The property is stunning, both inside and out. The pool is a great size and was lovely to cool off in and the space around the pool is generous with various seating options including a table and chairs, loungers and bean bags. The property inside is so spacious and the facilities top rate. No doors on the showers but the rooms are both doubles so I guess they assume you’re not needing too much privacy from your roomie!! The toilets have doors! The sunrise in the morning is a delight to wake up to and we had sun until late afternoon Then property is cleaned inside and out daily, which is lovely and the staff are very discrete. The property managers are contactable via WhatsApp and respond super quickly so that’s really useful too. We took advantage of the breakfast and food available a few times and it was all delicious. Our flight home was cancelled so we had to stay an extra night (yay), and the management was so helpful and arranged for us to stay in our villa another night without needing to move.

If there is one drawback, it is the public transport connections. Unfortunately, it's not easy to get to Fira and you can only get back from Oia via detours with long journey times. The only good connection is from Fira to the accommodation.

Perfect all round! If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet in a very well-kept and excellently equipped environment, this is the place for you. The service is excellent and the entire team is extremely friendly and discreet. Pure privacy. Please note that the accommodation does not have a caldera view. You are on the other side of the island. There is sun until about six o'clock in the afternoon. After that the accommodation is in the shade. Please also note that the smaller units only have a small hotel fridge. This is a challenge for a longer stay. If there is one drawback, it is the public transport connections. Unfortunately, it's not easy to get to Fira and you can only get back from Oia via detours with long journey times. The only good connection is from Fira to the accommodation. We would love to come back because it was an all-round perfect stay. Thanks to Marinos and his team.

I wouldn't say it was a dislike as such more a pre warning the hill from the villa to the main road is quite steep but we managed it without issue and got used to it and also, the staff are more than happy to arrange lifts to anywhere needed at a cost

The villa is perfect, comfortable, stylish and clean. The products used in the bathroom were top quality and even the design in terms of the bedroom full length window allowing you to watch sunrise from bed and the external access to the shower straight from the pool. The staff are exceptional and helpful in every way; nothing was too much and they gave excellent recommendations. In terms of location, you will definitely have the benefit of peace and quiet and privacy, being away from the main road and the busy centres. If you cross the main road past the tavern restaurant you'll be straight to the caldera pathway which has beautiful sunset views and a walkway connecting to Imerovigli town within 5-10 mins, Fira within 30-45 mins and Oia 2hrs. There are great restaurants nearby and a shop is within 15-20 mins. One final to add, the villa breakfast is very tasty and worth the money so if you want to have a chilled morning, set the alarm for the beautiful sunrise and then pre order your breakfast for delivery to your veranda later on ☀️ enjoy

Everything was perfect.

What a dream this property is. The apartment is stunning and everything feels luxurious throughout. A real treat. How lovely to wake up with your own pool in quiet surroundings with such a beautiful view. Everything is immaculate, very clean and tidy and the design is to a very high standard. We walked into our apartment and said “wow”. The staff are wonderful and made our stay even more special with their warm welcome and hospitality. I would highly recommend.

Words can not really describe the location, accommodation and team of Mardanza Exclusive! An ideal place to relax and have a wonderful time. There you can enjoy top hospitality. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. If I could, I would have rated the whole stay as more than excellent!

Nothing to complain, but I would recommend that you arrange pickup with the property’s manager during your arrival, as it is cheaper and efficient than booking a taxi on your own.

The property offers stunning views of the sea, and is located in a very calm neighbourhood. The staff were super polite and helpful and took care of our needs.
