Large patio seating area for breakfast and drinks could do with some shade - nice setting but very hot during day

Short walk to bars, restaurants and beach. Very nice, welcoming staff, very clean. Great pool facilities but maybe turn down the volume of music a notch

This is not a criticism just an observation, maybe the bar at the pool could open a little earlier in the evening as it would have been nice to have a drink before heading out.

The Location is excellent for a lovely quite holiday, five minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bus stop where you can easily explore the island. The bus to Firra the main town was 2.50 euros one way and takes only 35 minutes. The bar man Immi is excellent and wants people to enjoy themselves and Tracey if the fountain of all knowledge and nothing is to much for her. The breakfast is very good and sets you up for the day. We also found the hotel very clean with our sheets and towels be fresh everyday

The accommodation was very nice, the location was great, we were lucky to have a private tour of Santarini, which was extremely interesting. And the people of Santarini were so friendly.

The shower in the bathroom leaked a lot , there’s no door/shower curtain so water gets everywhere, and water is leaking from the sides of the shower, we’re not the only people that had this problem. The pool bar offered food so we ordered one day and the food took an hour and a half to come as they outsource to a restaurant down the road.

The hotel is very close to Perissa beach strip, only 5-7 min walk. The rooms are clean and the beds soft and comfortable. The pool is nice there were enough sun beds, but we were in low season. The breakfast is continental, and was fine the staff are very friendly and helpful

Hotel lovely and clean in a good position. Barman lemmy very helpful and friendly. ordered food for you from the bar as hotel doesn't do food other than breakfast. Bed very comfy.

There were a few things that concerned us (we traveled as 2 couples). Our friends’ hot water was sporadic. We were not offered even an initial bottled water. Our friends were told there were no more glasses for a tall beer, yet the bartender was drinking from one. Our friends were told there were no pool towels left, yet not offered an alternative. It was early afternoon. At check in, a tour by the hotel was immediately offered at length which seemed a bit tacky to us. Although the room was nice, the patio was right at the entrance and offered no privacy. I rarely write negative comments on a hotel but these all added up to be a bit frustrating.

The location was perfect at the end of the village and an easy walk to the beach, tourist shops, and restaurants. The trailhead to the chapel and the ruins was right next door. The room was clean, bed comfortable, beautiful pool area. Breakfast was great! The woman at breakfast was welcoming and seemed to take pride in her work.

A short distance from the airport, we were met by a private transfer that was reasonably priced, the hotel on arrival was very clean, the receptionist Tracey was extremely welcoming and friendly. The pool area was great, nice cider / beer and snacks/food till late. Breakfast had a good choice. Very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Salt water in shower and taps Bathroom floor getting soaked after every shower and not draining away. Breakfast was the same choice every day.

Tap water was salted, meaning you couldn't brush your teeth, or shower properly. A complimentary bottle of water would be nice at least. Breakfast was quite basic, slightly below most other hotels'. Some more options and local flavours would be nice.

Excellent location, nice pool and bar (loved the fact they were open till late), close to the beach and bus stop, nice modern rooms. Very friendly staff, reliable WiFi, wonderful view. Overall, an amazing stay, would recommend.
