The room was excellent. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions! The breakfast was great! And the location was prime! Only a short 5-10 min walk to the black sand beaches of Perissa - away from all the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia. The views of the mountain and mesa from the pool deck were outstanding!

The toilet wasn't clean when we arrived in the room. Wifi could have been a bit better. Would suggest complimentary bottled water in the room as a nice improvement.

The place had some cleaning issues(e.g molded showerhead and not to clean towels(occasionally)) and Internet connectivity issues. Not so hot water...

In general the place was great...Awesome staff and very welcoming. Good breakfast.

The property was beautiful inside and out. Rooms were very efficiently laid out with plenty of storage, and small fridge too. Our bed was super comfortable and the rooms were clean and housekeeping came in daily. Breakfast was very tasty and well stocked. All rooms have a nice patio or balcony . The pool was wonderful and very refreshing, with a poolside bar for cocktails and snacks. The location was a short walk into town where we had so many choices of restaurants to choose from!

The only one minor flaw for us was our balcony. Everything else about the room was great (the bed was so comfy!!) but unfortunately our room was at the back of the hotel so the balcony overlooked a derelict area and didn’t get the sun at all.

Lovely family run hotel, had an amazing stay. Very good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff and the pool area was great and in a prime spot getting the sun all day!

Staff was very, very helpful...particularly Joe & Tracy. Pool was lovely. Only about a 7 minute walk to the beautiful black sand beach. Only drawback...parking at the hotel was a bit difficult. Also a light of some kind, perhaps motion sensor, should be mounted in back parking area for safety. Would definitely return.

The shower water tended to overspill as shower hose was twisted and too short. Bathroom was a bit outdated. Surprised by salty tap water

Only thing I'd say is to mention cash only at the bar. Witnessed a few red faces after ordering drinks and no cash on them.Fine paying with cash. However its not mentioned or posted anywhere. Until you pay your tab.

Fantastic stay, room was newly renovated. Clean , right on the pool.. Checked in straight away with zero fuss and lots of details from Giannis. Very nice family run hotel everyone was super helpful throughout our stay. Rooms cleaned daily. Only a few minute walk to the beach. shout out to Tilly the pool and bar staff. Kept me entertained and full off ouzo. Thank You.

Everything was amazing :)

We loved this hotel! We were greeted by a lovely lady at the reception that after explaining everything, took us all the way to our room. The room was spacious, had a great balcony looking through the pool, the mountains and the sea area and even had a kitchenette and a fridge. We loved the pool area, so nice and relaxed. The breakfast also was so good, loved it! Also, the localization for us was perfect, to get to the beach of Perissa it was a 5 minute walk and to the bus to go to the more central villages in Santorini also was not even 5 minutes, so it was really nice. The hotel is also in a really quiet area, which was we were looking for and we couldn't have loved it more! Thank you, it was amazing. Hope to come back one day! :)

What a lovely hotel! Super staff, family owned hotel with homely touches like homemade marmalade at the breakfast. Beautiful setting at the foot of the mountain and a sea view. Stunning reception and pool area. Room was basic but comfortable and we didn't spend much time in the room. Lovely friendly bar lady serving drinks and made us feel at home. Perissa beach was within easy walking distance with loads of restaurants and little shops. Would highly recommend staying here!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very nice and the location was very convenient. The beach was a 5 mins walk and beautiful. The sitting area was so calm and serene. Enjoyed our stay
