We rented small studio in the back. It has semi private garden, one room with beds and tea kitchen and small bathroom. It is not new but it was clean and towels were changed after 3 days. We were only sleeping there and it was ok. Parking is in the front yard.

The shower in the studio was a bit small, but there are also two perfect showers in the garden. Closed showers, so with the perfect privacy and in a way better, so you don't bring the sand in the studio :)

The place is super cozy with a bit of a camping atmosphere. The studio is big enough for two people and really clean. The garden is super quiet and what we loved the most is that you can just walk to one of the best beaches on the island. The studio is also located a 3 min walk from a street full of restaurants and cafes. So the position is a 10! The owner was also super sweet, she even cooked some special greek special dishes!

Excellent location for us, very clean and well kept apartment. Our host was the best we have had during four visits to Kefalonia. Really comfy bed and decent air con. Outside communal showers a real bonus

Not reliable Wifi A bit dated but it was not an issue for me as the price was the lowest in Lassi so you get a lot for your money

Katherina s a great host and accommodate my requests in advance and she answered all my questions and she provided complimentary drinks and sweets which it is a very nice touch. Absolutely amazing location close to everything. 1 minute to Makris Gialos and will recommend to go to Costa Costa to experience the best service and sunset watching. The apartment us close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the bus stop and very safe location as I was alone. The mattress in apartment 2 was new and it was soo good for me as I suffer of arthritis and had the best sleep ever. The location is quiet which it was a big plus for me

Nice comfortable studios with new beds which are nice and firm the studios come with most of what you need to enjoy your stay. They are set in lovely kept gardens and units are cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. Very close to the beach a two minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a couple family run supermarkets which were a little pricey, we decided to visit the Lidl a short drive away and stock up for the whole week. The lady who runs the place is very welcoming and attentive and makes staying there worth while! The week spent there was most enjoyable thank you Katerina. 🙂

Bed in the room very uncomfortable, Shower curtain lets water go everywhere and too small. Toilet squashed up near a wall.

Near to restaurants and a beach + Taverna - Steps down to beach and over crowded - Pay 8 euros to use sunbeds even if using the taverna for meals and drinks.

Great location in Lassi region. The beach is very close to the property, as well as a lot of taverns and mini markets. The apartments are cozy and quiet. Mrs Katerina is a great person, very welcoming and willing to help out with everything needed. Looking forward to the next stay in Kefalonia :)

I did like everything : location was great - close to main street shops and beach (2 min walking both directions), owner of the place was very helpful nice and polite - lovely lady - very high level of hospitality, facilities very good (kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with shower and cold or hot water no problem - also showers outside which was very handy) , very clean , outdoor area also really good - with table and chairs outside for each studio - great place to chill and relax after day in town or beach, would definitely recommend,great authentic atmosphere and really good value for money
