The room and the furniture are a little bit old, in the photos on the site they used a lot of photoshop. In reality looks not so fancy !

Very good hotel, and was exactly like in description. You have everything you want, the food is good, a lot of activities for the kids, playing room, miniclub, etc. Minibar refiled daily free of charge, and also the Nespresso capsules. Yannis team from the main restaurant was the best ! He knows how to treat people, and we felt like home because of him ! Respect ! Overall it was a very good value !

We came for our “Babymoon”, so I am 7 months pregnant. I was hopeful for some fun non-alcoholic cocktails like a piña colada or a daiquiri, but sadly the choices were mostly just soft drinks, a lemonade and a berry iced tea. For the $$ we spent it was just a bit of a bummer to see all of these fun cocktails and really have almost no mocktails. Also the food is just okay, really good selection but nothing memorable.

The room we stayed in was gorgeous (an ocean front room for two). It was very clean, mini bar is filled daily so you have lots of water and whatever else you may need, and the shower was lovely. The pools are pristine and it was just so relaxing. The ocean chairs themselves are so so nice and you have waiters coming around at all times so you never want for anything! The spa was wonderful and I thought very reasonably priced.

The staff were phenomenal and we got an amazing room. We didn't get all the names of staff to thank but they made our trip sensational (Gregoris, Chryssa, Popi, Anastasia and Andreas in restaurants, Olga on guest relations, Ionanna in Champagne bar, Chrissy in spa and the wonderful reception staff who greeted us so warmly at 1am when we arrived....they set the tone for a wonderful stay). The food was exquisite and loved the chilled pool music

The gym equipment was outdated. Also the staff was really unfriendly. We didn’t know, that you had to book a timeslot and instead of explaining it to us he got really rude about that and also about our footwear. We looked forward to being able to train every day but ended up not training at all. The rooms were damp, almost impossible to sleep without the airdrying aircon on. Also the cleaners entered our room at least 3 times a day (first to refill the minibar, second to do the main cleaning, third to replace towels). The sign: Please do not disturb got ignored at least 2 times.

The staff at the main restaurant was super welcoming and friendly! Yiannis team made every visit extraordinary! We loved the saltwater pool. Bit fresh but nice and relaxing atmosphere:)

It was a bit of a shame that the gym was not open and easily accessible and that the spa (sauna/jacuzzi etc) was extra charge. It wouldn’t have been nice to be included.

The attitude of the front desk manager, was unpleasant and not helpful.

everything was pretty good my only complaint was the front desk Male manager was not helpful at all. We asked him to arrange our taxi and he basically said we just needed to show up the next morning. We asked someone else and they immediately accommodated us.

The clothes hanger on the balcony was broken and they did not fix it even though I highlighted to the reception twice. Roof in bathroom was peeling down.Only one pool was heated, the one for kids was not when we tryed it... The beach section was really small and full of rocks.

The room was spacious, clean, the food was very good. The daily theatre shows and kids minidance sessions were very good!

The food was not so great, I have been to other hotels from the mitsis group so I was expecting a better food but I cant tell this about this hotel
