We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceLocation was central and all tourist attractions were close (with a vehicle) from the north of the island at the Port of Rhodes down to the south to Lindos. Staff was very kind, pleasant and accommodating.

UkraineIt would be nice if they had breakfast in the morning. And a water boiler in the rooms, too. I wanted to make some tea and coffee but had no way to boil water.
The location was beautiful. It is only a ten minute or so walk to town, where you get everything you need.

United KingdomThe hotel is located next to a rooster farm, there were 10 roosters in a cage just 10 meters from my room. They start around 4:30-5am and it's unbearable, I didn't sleep properly a single night because they are so loud. Shower water pressure is non existent, and is just a wrap around curtain enclosure with no holder for the shower head. Location is quite out of the way. I has to check out a day early and book elsewhere because I couldn't manage the noise and couldn't find the owner in the morning. They messaged me after but didn't offer a refund for the final night.
Owner was pleasant when I met her although was absent, there was never anyone at reception. Complimentary wine and water in the fridge was a nice touch. Matress was firm, AC blowed cold.

BelgiumI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel room was cozy, secure and had all the amenities needed. The hosts were truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with local recommendations or any special requests. The atmosphere is calm and serene, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Additionally, its location is just a short distance from the city center, allowing easy access to local dining options while still enjoying a peaceful environment. If you don't rent a car you can use the local buses which have a stop a few minutes from the hotel to reach any place/beach on the island.

TurkeyI had doubt about the cleanliness of the room as first we have entered, because I have seen hairs on the pillows. The host kindly changed the pillow cases. The towels were very hard and bathroom is too small.
Location is at a side corner of the Archangelos town, thus it is very quite surrounded by a nice garden. There was enough parking lots. The host is very nice and helped us a lot.

GreeceExcellent location, you can visit the whole island and it is only 5 minutes walk from the center of Archangellos where the restaurants and the shops are. Beautiful, clean rooms, recently renovated. The hotel is under a new management, amazing people, very helpful and polite. I will definetely go back!!
