It was perfect.

The property is very private with an infinity pool or hot tub for each room. There are only twelve rooms so the feel is one of total escape from the crowds in Oia. Staff is the most accommodating I’ve ever experienced. Anything we needed was at our disposal almost immediately.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was PERFECT!

This was the absolute best vacation that I have ever been on, mostly due to how amazing this hotel was. The staff were so kind and helpful to us! Whenever we needed anything, they were always there to help. They checked in with us every day to see what our plans were and how they could help to arrange transportation, activities, etc. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to do. There was someone always available in a nice vehicle to take us where we wanted to go. The breakfast was amazing and the view from our room was unbelievable! The sunset was something that I will never forget. I definitely highly recommend staying here!

There is nothing to be complaint.

Hotel is incredible. If You are looking for place, with most amazing view on beautifull Santorini (Oia), if You want intimacy, most friendly and helpfull staff (Thank You, Nikos, You are excellent), You should definately book this hotel without any daubt. Hotel offers most delicious breakfast wich is served in Your room or out (each room has their own “privat” space out). You can chose from menu every day what You would like for breakfast (You can chose lot of tasty things). You can order lunch, dinner and late snacks direct to Your room verry easy. Everything was perfect!!! I am super excited about my stay here for one week. Only notice - if You will have a car, this will make Your life easier as hotel is on hill, with 20min walk from Oia. Hotel organised for us boat trip with katamaran. That was amazing! When we arrived, Nikos and hotel manager Valia suggested us beautifull places where we can enjoy dinner out of hotel, but we where so satisfied with with hotel kitchen than used their suggestions only once 😁😁😁. Thank You guys for unforgettable week. This hotel and their staff is diamond! Keep doing this what You do!

Nimbus Santorini is an incredibly beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Everything went smooth from start to finish. The staff were super helpful and nice at all times, always making sure we were okay and if we needed anything extra. The staff organised us an amazing private boat tour which we really enjoyed, would definitely recommend it. The hotel drivers were super nice as well, always giving us good recommendations and places to see. The balcony in your room will give you the most beautiful sunset you have ever seen. The options for breakfast are really nice as well. Overall Nimbus Santorini is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I very highly recommend it to everyone.

The bathroom drainage was poor with water draining out of the shower stall and past the toilet into another drain.

Amazing staff - reception, housekeeping, kitchen and grounds maintenance - all were wonderful! The daily breakfast was exceptional! The location was perfect for daily hikes along the caldera from Oia to Fira, and ending each evening watching spectacular sunsets from the property.

The room is lovely very clean and beautiful views from the room overlooking Oia. The staff (especially Nikos) were really kind and accommodating, the included breakfast was amazing! loads of food delivered right to your outside patio area every morning to enjoy with a beautiful view.

The people at the reception were very accommodating - Vasiliki , Georgina , Irini & Nick . They arranged everything for me to be comfortable .. pick up & drops to town because the hotel is on top of a mountain . Very beautiful though !! Ammoudi bay reservation to the fish tavern i wanted to visit was also organized so in all i had to just mention what i wanted & it was organized . Their chauffeurs Pierre & Harris were also very good & had all the information required . The other staff who bought in breakfast in my room also greeted me so well .in all an excellent stay & experience . In all my stay in Oia at Nimbus was super & it w as all because of the staff !!!

The management and staff were very accommodating with every aspect of our stay. The variety of food selection from the breakfast to the dinner was great! It was an all around wondering experience. I would without a doubt stay there again.

Some plumbing spurting/leaking but didn’t have time to inform anyone in the morning was in a rush but didn’t concern me too much. Hot tub was definitely struggling to be a hot tub. Very windy not much to break up Santorini wind.

Cool spot, great food. Aesthetically cool, some elements impractical like the gates to the terraces. Great bed.

1. Upon returning to our room after a day out, we discovered that the door had been left unlocked and wide open. We reported this to reception, who were very apologetic and explained that housekeeping likely did not close the door properly. They offered us a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill. Despite this, we were concerned because we had thousands of dollars' worth of valuables in the room (too large for the safe) that could have been stolen or compromised. 2. During our stay at Nimbus, our ferry to our next destination (Paros) changed vessels. We asked reception for help to call Seajets to ensure we would get the same VIP seats on the new vessel (we paid over £100 each for these seats for greater comfort and space). They reassured us that we would keep our original seats and said it was not necessary for them to call Seajets on our behalf. They eventually called Seajets for us, asked us to leave whilst they were on hold, and promised to get back to us, but they never did, making us think that they hung up the phone as soon as we left. Now, on the ferry to Paros, we are in economy seats despite paying for VIP. While Nimbus couldn't control the ferry change, a simple call would have prevented this surprise, and we could’ve done something to sit in our original seats. We are very UPSET and DISSATISFIED. Other hotels have gone above and beyond for us when similar circumstances have arisen.

1. The hotel staff were friendly, well-informed about local attractions in Santorini, and a pleasure to converse with. 2. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was superb. 3. The room provided a stunning view of Oia. 4. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern.

The property was not particularly well kept despite being new. The room was quite dirty with dirty towels in the bathroom. The staff was only friendly after we mentioned the lack of cleanliness. The "restaurant" is like a breakfast coffee place with a very mediocre menu, slow service, and incredibly dirty glasses every morning.

The location was very nice, with a great view. The place looked like it had a lot of potential and the rooms were quite comfortable. Property close enough to the town so quite convenient to stay there.

The hotel really is on a suuuuper steep hill (probably our fault for not researching this more!) but makes walking to / from oia a bit of an ordeal - fine in the daytime but tricky under foot in the dark, we felt like mountain goats 😂 (we are fit, mid twenties for reference). Also even through the hotel taxis were €20 each way to Oia or €40 to Fira - this added up over the trip! In hindsight paying a bit more for a hotel that was closer would have been worth it or hiring a car. IMO the hotel should at least offer free hotel shuttles to/from the bottom of the hill to make the walk to Oia easier.

The property was beautiful, lovely decor & fab room with hot tub. The food in the restaurant was also great and we loved the breakfast with a view that was included (so much food!). The staff were also super lovely.

We were booked in unit 1 for 2 nights and unit 3 in 2 nights. We requested the change because we wanted hot tub in unit 1 then try the plunge pool in unit 3. Unit 1 had a big light issue as the lights flickered on and off or barely on the entire time. We asked if that was normal and was told no but then someone else told us yes. At one point the lights would not come on and it was totally dark for a few hours. We switched to unit 3 and again the lights flickered on and off just like unit 1. We actually become dizzy and just turned the lights off. It was very sad being that this place is not cheap. The staff apologized but that was the only answer. Kind of weak response. We ended up leaving a day early and got a early flight out.

We loved the property, the staff and the location was cool.

I understood that the decoration of the rooms is primarily black, which exudes sophistication. However, during the night, it became super dark. It would be even better if there was an option to have more control over the lighting in the room, allowing guests to adjust it to their preference for a cozier atmosphere. One aspect that didn't quite meet our expectations was the restriction on the number of dishes we could order during breakfast. We love to explore various options and flavors, so having a limited quantity of meals to choose from was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, while the hotel did offer a jacuzzi option in some rooms, we felt that it would have enhanced our overall experience if they had heated swimming pools available as well. Unfortunately, the swimming pool we had access to was quite chilly, making it challenging to enjoy a leisurely swim. Having the option for a heated pool would have been a fantastic addition, allowing guests to fully relax and make the most of their stay. We chose not to wear the robes provided because they appeared to be quite old and heavily worn, which didn't make them very appealing.

All the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. Upon our arrival, which coincided with the mesmerizing sunset, they graciously offered us champagne as a welcome drink. This thoughtful gesture was not only a delightful surprise but also made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel's location provided a beautiful view of the sunset, adding a touch of magic to our evenings. We couldn't have asked for a better backdrop to enjoy our time in Santorini. The culinary experience at the hotel was exceptional, with each meal impressing us with its delicious and tasteful presentation. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. It was a delightful touch to find complimentary coffee and water readily available in the fridge during our stay, and cute black slippers. Moreover, the staff's efficiency extended beyond our meals; they were quick to respond to our inquiries via WhatsApp, which made our communication hassle-free and convenient. Their prompt and helpful responses ensured that we had all the information we needed during our stay. One highlight of our trip was the fantastic recommendation they made for a boat trip to explore the islands. This excursion turned out to be a highlight of our vacation, thanks to their expert advice. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly and was fast.

Unfortunately, for the expected hotel level (for the price that you pay) I was not expecting some details which should not have been present at this level service. For example, bathrobe not in the best conditions (please change them), lights flickering all the time. Walls with paint coming out in several spots in and out of the room. Some windows have only the blackout shutters and if you need some privacy, you need to stay in the dark. The swimming pool was not in the best conditions (paint and silicon not properly done). In my personal opinion, the mattress was way too soft.

At the arrival the staff was welcoming and very friendly. The restaurant is nice with a great view to Oia a direct access to the trail Fira-Oia. The restaurant staff is very friendly. From the room we had a beautiful sunset. To go to Oia during the sunset is a great experience that takes around 20/30 min. Coming back is the negative part, especially is you come walking. From the main street, to reach the actual hotel you need to walk up in a very steep road, at night is not properly lit. However, you can use their shuttle service (extra charge). The transfer provided was impeccable.

The hotel was on a hill that was legitimately hard to get up. I am a reasonably fit person and I found it challenging to go up and down to get to the hotel. The room was beautiful but I felt that the towels were re-used each day even when they were clearly dirty. The room is very dark. For anyone who wears make up or wants me to able to see themselves in the mirror... I had to go outside to do so.

Rooms are a little dark, lights not working well which didn’t help the overall darkness. Lack of privacy outside in our pool area. The hotel is on the top of a hill so need a car to get around. Taxis & transfer very expensive.

The staff were great especially Katerina In the restaurant and Pierre the driver. Breakfast had quite a few options and was very tasty. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

Hand rail on steps is an absolute must above all else !!

The staff!! We are seasoned travellers but we would have to rate the staff as the v best we have encountered. Friendly , helpful and v understanding. In particular Katerina T , . Management need to recognise and reward staff members like K !! She made our 4 day In Santorini so much more fulfilling and rewarding.
