The hotel is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Food was excellent and service exceptional. All staff were polite, engaging and willing to assist and help help and recommendations on locations and places to visit.

Staffing issues. The staff were excellent but there not enough with other major functions taking place at the hotel. The guests were kept waiting for service.

Whilst the staff are lovely and friendly , it’s not 5 star service . Shouldn’t ever have to ask for wine / ashtray 4-5 at times at dinner before it’s served . Couple of cases the food came before the wine did . Sell yourself (and charge ) as 5 star - be 5 star . It’s quite a few minor things but it’s the difference between being very good and excellent .

Free room upgrade to a bungalow with a pool! That was a lovely start to the holiday! Very grateful!

The only thing I didn't like was the driver who took me to the airport. I'm not sure if he worked for the resort, but I requested a driver through the resort. On the drive to the airport, when he figured out I was American, he talked about a vulgar meme ("hawk tuah girl") in front of my wife and two underage daughters, proceeded to get very political out of nowhere, and then concluded the drive by mentioning Andrew Tate. It was a very distasteful conclusion to what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

The staff was incredible lead by the manager, Rafael. Fantastic hospitality and made our large groups transitions so smooth. I’ve never had better service and I travel weekly for business. I’ll definitely be back.

If I had to pick something I think my only complaint might be the location because we didn’t realize it wasn’t practical/safe to walk to/from Fira (we knew it was a longish walk but not that there weren’t really sidewalks) and traveling around via taxi was a bit expensive. But everything else was wonderful! The hotel isn’t located on the water so there isn’t as much of a view but I felt like the pools and space made up for that.

We loved Nous! I really appreciated our beautiful huge room with so many thoughtful touches like yoga mats and two different brightness settings for the lights, as well as our lovely private pool. The staff was super nice and helpful and the main pool and spa pool were both stunning. The breakfast buffet was really tasty with a wonderful variety. The gym was also really nice and well equipped.

We love the minimalist design makes the hotel looks modern and clean. They upgrade us to the room with the pool, all the staffs are friendly and helpful… we are so recommend this hotel and we will come back :)

Very nice hotel, awesome food. Stuff of hotel very helpful polite always happy to assist. Hotel is close to citi, very close to airport, kid of boutique hotel with very cameral atmosphere. No crowd, silence. Awesome place to rest. Strong point of hotel is chef of kitchen and food 👍, and very nice stuff that is working at the hotel
