The hotel attracts a certain clientele (big watches, diamonds etc.) which is not really my scene. I felt better 'at home' elsewhere / in other 5* hotels.

Guest services were a cut-above. Christina kindly answered my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. The spa & fitness room are excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight - plenty of options and a very friendly staff. The décor is really fun. Such a quirky hotel. (Check out sunset from the rooftop bar if you can! My best photo from Athens...)

Good breakfast, although on weekend days the restaurant was a bit crowded at peak times. Great view of the Acropolis from the balcony. Located very close to a metro stop which was an unexpected bonus as we were able to use it to get around the city with great convenience

I would like more lactose free options for breakfast. It was too little of them. And if you could arrange no smoking in breakfast area that would be lovely. We could not eat outside in the nice balcony because people where smoking around us. It was something new. I did not know that it was allowed.

Hotel location was very good. We could walk everywhere by foot. The center of the city was very close. Plaka stairs, Monastiraki square, little giftshops, different restaurants and streetfood where only nice walk away. And the Acropolis Museum was about 20 min walk away from the hotel. Hotel rooms where clean and nice. We had rooms with balcony and Acropolis view. That was very beautiful. Hotel staff where very friendly and helpful. Business Lounge was just excellent for little snacks! Breakfast was good. Beds where very comfortable and sheets so soft.

We were upgraded to a better room with an Acropolis view, which was very lovely of them, however this room meant that we were directly over a busy and rather loud road. I think, given the choice Id go for the room with no view as I prefer the quiet

.the locations is amazing, close to everything and just a few minutes walking to ermou street we were celebrating my wife birthday and we had a cake waiting in our room and all the stuff was very nice, and welcoming. breakfast was very rich with many different dishes every day for sure we will be back to this hotel

The restaurant service was very poor and no counter space in the bathroom area.

First, I would like to mention the excellent service we received during our entire stay from all the staff and especially from Catherine (thank you!). Initially we got a slightly noisy room, Catherine made all efforts to move us to a higher floor room and also let us a free entry to the business lounge. During our stay she constantly contacted us to make sure we were satisfied. Beyond that, the hotel was wonderful. Good location, very modern, wonderful breakfast, nice pool and spa area and a very comfortable room. It was a great ending to a long trip throughout Greece, and this hotel was the best of all hotels we stayed at (and we stayed in very good ones!). We will definitely come again on our next travel to Athens. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great location - fun cool hotel - staff very nice and helpful - facilities surprisingly fun - roof top restaurant and pool perfect . Very convenient location. Comfortable beds . Only problem a little smell in rooms from shower - we opened windows to try and get rid of the damp smell ..

The main floor and lobby is very tight for everything going on in there.

Facilities (imcluding the spa annd rooftop pool area) and breakfast options were outstanding as were all staff. Location was perfect for walking the city.
