I booked this place last-minute and wasn’t really expecting anything other than a place to sleep for the night, but once I got there I was blown away! Friendly hosts and a STUNNING view just outside my front door. The room was incredibly well-kept and clean. 100% will be back!

The pool wouldve made it perfect. The hotel doesnt offer breakfast but we had our own in the balcany with supplies from the shop, we even had a plate full of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived which was very nice. The bed was a bit hard to sleep in and the cleaner lady didnt speak english at all but we managed to communicate.

The location is so beautiful, the view of the caldera is stunning and so private, you get the sunset to yourselves without the big crowds in Fira and Oia. The room was even better than in the pictures, so spacious and clean with a small kitchen with equipment. Owner Marco was very helpfull with everything. Would come back and recommend anyday. The beach is close but the climb is only for fitter people, took us about 30 minutes down and also up, remember to take proper shoes since the beach is very stony.

Helicopters next door Had to use the car to get to most places, including the minimart Driving, but that is a challenge anywhere in Santorini

Marco and the staff were friendly and went out of there way to help me in a really tight spot! made my stay on Santorini a really enjoyable one. it’s also very very peaceful. which it can be hard to find in august.

First and foremost and most importantly, the location and the view from the property is just amazing! While the Oia and the lighthouse sunset are famous, the sunset from the Cliff needs to be added to that list. Markos is a very helpful host and ensures a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff is amazing. Overall, a great property.

Beautiful view from the hotel. 5 minutes to the bus station. Check-in was very easy and Adrianna the housekeeper was amazing. 10-15m away from Thira & Perissa. Bakeries and small grocery stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcome pack with water, wine and fresh fruits. Helpful Markos, arranged some trips and airport transfer for us, very responsible host. Room cleanup almost every day. Beautiful view from the terrace. Private beach 50 meters down from the terrace (with hill 100 meters down walk, which is a bit of workout and not for everyone, which means you will be alone here :) ) - look for the photo, it's amazing. Easily accessible spots (1-2km walk from there) for best sunsets you can imagine, where you are alone without other turists - Fira / Oia can't provide you that.

is necessary to rent a car to go every where but it is easy because they can bring you to the property and it is no expensive.

The place is tired, needs a good paint job. No shade shelter at all. Signs it was there and broken nd never replaced. Ventilation in the room was very poor unless you kept ground floor windows open all night.

Really enjoyed the location and being out Thera, easy enough to get there by car or taxi. Host was most helpful in hiring a car, airport transfers and some knowledge of the island.

No idea how this property was given a 9.3 Superb Score.. very misleading.. I saw 9.2 for Breakfast... There was NO breakfast... We booked 3 nights and left after 2.. The bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. The view was in the other direction to Fira / Oia and the rest of the island.. so disappointing..
