Nothing to do with the property but the municipality should add more lights on the road. when walking back to the property at night there are a few dark spots which can feel unsafe when a car is incoming.

Great value for money luxurious accommodation. The amenities are top, equivalent to that of 5 star resorts but at a fraction of the price. Cleaning, staff, wi-fi speed and sea view, unbeatable. I would stay there again. Very happy :)

This villa was the perfect place to start exploring the island. Everything is there for you, from the hospitality to the comfort and amenities in the villa. Before checking in, we were given a tour of our apartment, how and where everything is located. Everything is in excellent and new condition and with an amazing view. The owners were always available and gave amazing recommendations for what to visit in the southern part of Corfu. We would definitely like to come back here!

The property is brand new and in great condition - Vassilis is very helpful with recommendations and information! The location is great with a 6-7 minute walk to a beach and you are close to Messongi. You also have private jacuzzi and pool! Great place to stay and enjoyed our time here

The room looked better than the pictures, designed very well and that us coming from an interior designer. They accepted our booking at the last minute and pretty late, made us feel very welcome with little gifts and lots of great recommendations. Room was big, very clean, and we had amazing view!

The service from the moment we arrived at the property, vas and Judy came out to meet us, they were so friendly and then took us too our villa to show us around and how to work the hot tub/air con/pool etc. they were so informative and kept us informed the whole time we were there with local information on places to go to see and eat. Constantly checking in on us all via WhatsApp. If we had any questions or concerns they were answered and delt with straight away. Villa was very clean and serviced everyday. The view over the bay was beautiful. We booked this after the 1st accommodation we booked was not up to par and these two turned a bad start to our holiday to an almost perfect (the weather was a slight let down most days) thank you both and we would happily stay again if we were to come back to Corfu in the future.

Vasilis, the manager of the Palms & Spas, was very helpful to everything that we asked. He behaved in a very professional way and supported us with tips and advices of local restaurants and things to do. The place was great with an amazing view. The villa was clean (cleaning crew was coming everyday) and it had whatever we need. We definetely recommend vising Palms & Spas and we will choose it again when we visit Corfu.

Everything about the property was amazing! We got a lovely villa with a pool and hot tub, everything was new! Very clean and so well maintained! The hosts were very helpful and recommended places for us to eat, beaches etc and were always very quick to respond. We felt so welcome and the view! Wow !! Amazing amazing view from the villa. For the price we paid this was so worth it! Location is great too, a few minutes walk and ur in messongi beach which is so lovely with some lovely restaurant options. If we ever return to corfu ! We will definitely be booking this place again. We broke our trip between this place and kontokali but once we checked out of Palma and spas we really regretted not extending our stay.

Couldn’t find a better place to stay! We booked it a very last moment and when we came George told us about upgrade to a better apartment which was great and with additional pool. Right after we did check in George gave us a lot of useful information and tips what to do around. We even received a list of places and restaurants on WhatsApp. It was a pleasure to meet such a nice host. He even helped us to wash a car 😄 The villa is very clean, well equipped and comfortable it has a nice sea view. Close by you can find lots of restaurants. I truly recommend this place to everyone, for sure we want to come back one day!

I was there for 3 nights with my family. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Jorgos, the manager, who was very polite to explain every detail about the villa, to help us for choosing the best beaches and restaurants, and even make reservations for us. We felt that we were very much like at home, surrounded by friendly people. What we liked the most is that what we saw in booking is exactly the same what we witnessed. The place is very well maintained, everything is so clear and stylishly arranged. The hot tub is extremely useful especially during the night where we could relax and enjoy the beatiful view of Corfu. The location is just perfect, it is a quiet neighborhood with very nice beaches close, perfect restaurants and supermarkets as well. We will for sure go back and for sure recommend this palce to all our friends.
