We recommend this accommodation to anyone who is going to visit Zakynthos. Friendly owner and staff. The surroundings are full of trees and bushes by which you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace in the morning. The sea, shops and restaurants are just a few meters from the apartment.

The mosquitos were killing me every night, so prepare your spray to keep them away.

It’s a very nice place for a vacation in Zakynthos, Laganas, you can even get a sea view from some rooms (if not from all). The location is easy to find and close to multiple beaches, including the cameo island. As they are a studio building they don’t have a reception but the host’s phone number is displayed all over in the front yard and also in the room. The rooms look exactly like in the pictures and are clean and tidy with all the facilities that you need. The internet and AC are working great. The host is a very nice person that will help you with anything you may need or with every problem that you have. They also have a big front yard where you can park and a rental shop just next door if you want to rent a vehicle. You can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches within a walkable distance.

bathroom flooded a lot! shower curtain went across to include toilet which meant water went all over the floor and the shower head was pointed so that if you weren’t directly under it at all times the water just went directly on the floor. They did leave a mop in the bathroom.. I soon understood why.

Exactly as described. Everything explained clearly. easy walking distance of the beach and strip. The cleaners were efficient and very friendly. Sweet small touch’s bottles of water in the fridge on arrival and a pot with biscuits and tea and coffee. Room was a nice size and a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely return.

Because of curtains of the shower you should take a shower very carefully, otherwise water can leak on the flour.

Hosts are incredible, they are always smiling, kind and helpful. They really care about their guests. We were allowed to stay an extra day for free because of our very late flight. They waited with us for taxi to be sure if it will come in time. The room was really clean. The place was near the Beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Though there was quite quiet and good for sleeping. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The air-con is locked for 25deg. C and on warm nights, it can get stuffy. Would be nice if the aircon temperature is adjustable as per individual preference.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was great. The host was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us everything and we could start our vacation. The place was spotless, we also had a room with a sea view! Everything is like in pictures. They also cleaned our room during our stay, the cleaning lady was very kind and nice to us. We did not cook or anything but as we saw the kitchen had basic equipment. There was a coffee machine and a kettle as well. It has also a nice garden. Overall we liked here and would stay here again.

My stay in Pavlos studios has been great ! The owners are very kind and hospitable, the apartments are far enough from the center for not being dirturbed by the noise of the people in Laganas but quite near to reach it by walking less than 10 minutes on the beach. Very confortable also the inner parking. My apartment was in the corner at the first floor, the view was wonderful. Exceptional cleaning service with linen change every two days. I absolutely suggest this studios for a stay in Laganas.

I recommend this place with all my heart. Owners very nice and helpful. They have their own garden with fruit. They allow you to try these fruits with pleasure. A place very close to the beach. Restaurant. Clubs and bars. Everyone will find something for themselves. I highly recommend and definitely go back there :)

The location is very close to the beach. Rooms have everything you need, beds are comfortable, free parking infront. Room was very nice with LED lightning in 4 or 5 options, if you want to be romantic. Host is very nice and helpfull. We have lovely stay!
