be aware that there is a bit of a hill to go up to go into the centre of Fira but it is only a 10 minute walk

owner was so friendly and the room and all communal areas were so clean. good sized rooms with all amenities. provided information on local delivery service for breakfasts which was not expensive, delicious and quick. owner helped organise taxis and transfers.

The climb up the steep hill to reach Fira Town ,restaurants , shops etc... was a bit of a struggle for us ( aged over 60 ) and then the walk back at night aswell...being that the Hotel is a little out of the way , walking back down the hill, in the dark ,we felt a little anxious. Other than that everything was nice.

Nice hotel, room was clean, comfortable. Nice shower, comfy bed. Small kitchenette. Nice balcony. Fay was a lovely Host, helpful and friendly, she organized our return transfer to Airport.

The road down to the apartments is very steep - not a problem for us but maybe useful to flag for others that may not be so mobile!

We had a really lovely time! The location is great as it's out of the crazy busy touristy centre but still only a 10 minute walk to the centre/bus station etc. Flexible check in, Fay was lovely and all very clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend!

The beds were quite uncomfortable.

It is located quite far from the city center but walk distance (slopes), which may be inconvenient at first but it made our stay mor relaxing. The pool area was cool and the staff was really helpful and friendly.

everything! It has all amenities, Fay was super helpful in organising transport and breakfast for us last minute, clean and tidy room, friendly staff, pool area is perfect, great views. Fay also went out of her way to bring me flowers and sweets on my birthday which was beautiful!! I will definitely come back here :)

The climb to Fira and the shops and Tavernas. If you have mobility issues it will be a struggle for some. Great cardio workout.

Everything from staff to cleanliness to facilities. Fabulous linen and toiletries. Highly recommend this to all people except people with mobility issues. Five star all the way. ❤️❤️

The pool was rather chilly ! Though it was October, so as expected - Greek hotels rarely heat outdoor pools.

The transfer we arranged was at the airport when we arrived, the owner was very friendly, the room was great with a rare view of the sun rise in Santorini from our balcony. it’s almost as beautiful as the sunset which is a short (uphill) walk into Fira. it’s super close yet away from the hustle and bustle.

We loved our three-night stay at Phoenix. The hotel is located a short walk from the centre of the town, but this is a good thing in my view because it is nice to get away from the tourist madness of the town centre. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, calm and extremely pleasant place to stay. Our room was huge with by far the most space and nicest balcony of our two weeks in Greece. The pool was nice too.

The property was lovely .Had everything we need and Faye who runs the property was amazing ,very helpful.we had a great day stay here and as it was end of season it was not so busy and had the pool to ourselves every day .just like having our own villa .

This property is located about 10 minutes outside of Fira. Transfers to and from airport/port can be arranged through the hotel. We had a very early morning flight and arrived well before check in. The hostess Fay, greeted us with a smile and told us our room was ready and we could check in right away. We had a 2 bedroom with 3 single beds with a sea view and a balcony. I highly recommend you get the sea view as your balcony it more private than the terraces are and the view is worth it. The room was large and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. You can have breakfast ordered to your room. You have to pay the delivery person. There are no restaurants or shops in this neighborhood. You have to get your things in Fira which is a 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Don’t let this discourage you, it’s not worth it. There is a small pool that was perfect after a long day of walking around town.

Faye is an absolute amazing host who went above and beyond for us! Her customer service is exceptional :) We thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay. The hotel is located around 10 mins walk from the main centre in Fira. There is an up hill walk so do bring flat/dressy sandals. We travelled as part of a girls trips so had heels in our luggage for nights out. We did not wear heels the whole trip! We had an absolute amazing time!

The 10 minute walk to Fira city Centre

Conveniently situated in Fira. Great value as long as you don’t mind the 10 minute walk from the hotel to Fira’s city centre. Very clean and staff was exceptionally accommodating.
