The pool could be open for an extra hour for us with smaller children who are not going out anymore in the evening.

The surroundings are nothing spectacular but it is a short walk to the beach front. Breakfast could use a bit variation between days.

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy But it wouldnt put me off

This hotel was absolutely beautiful everything about it was faultless.....5 minutes from bus stop,supermarket and the beautiful promenade and beaches of Kamari lined with bars,restaurants and shops...buses run every 30 mins to Fira €2 each way where you can catch another bus to Oia €2 each way.... The family who run hotel take great pride in the upkeep of the hotel..it is absolutely immaculate..rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily breakfast was perfect....an array of cheese and meats fresh bread,fruits ,cereal yoghurt...pancakes..beans,eggs and sausages...lovely fresh juices and coffee... The icing on the cake is the pool area....lovely pool and jacuzzi with plenty of sunbeds and a pool bar run by a lovely gentleman named Spyros who serves drinks and barsnacks as well as keeping the area clean and tidy single handed....he is an absolute diamond...food and drinks from the pool bar were very reasonably priced..... This is a very good hotel for 3 stars...everything about it was just lovely .. We will definitely be returning

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, very small selection of food. Only 2 hours to eat. Also the pool closes at 7pm which we thought was a bit early seeing that it gets dark at 9.30pm.

The pool was awesome for the children, had a shallow area for the younger ones and deep end for the older kids. Bar staff was very polite, and food there was exceptional.

The AC was quite noisy as well as the small fridge in the room. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. The breakfast was very very simple. I normally have a light breakfast so was ok but my bf complained about the choices.

The property was nice and clean. The rooms and the hotel were recently build and therefore amenities were new. The staff was extremely kind and courteous, they’ve addressed every question we had.

We loved the rooms, the pool, the staff, the breakfast. It was great value for money. Less than ten minutes to walk to the beach and restaurants along the flat, quiet in the evenings. Our daughter stayed in the town and when we were there in the evening it was extremely noisy.

I cannot identify something specific that i did not like.

The breakfast was amazing. Fresh home made bread every morning. Clean rooms in a perfect spot with a swimming pool and a bar having all the necessary things to spend a wonderful day.

Aircon wasn’t working properly as we couldn;t change the settings so had to turn off at night; breakfast could start earlier and the bar could open longer in the evening!

Some additional Gluten free breakfast options (individually wrapped Gluten free Muffins for example) would be a great addition, the only gluten free carb on offer was a dry biscuit. The hot water runs out quickly. I imagine the demand for hot water in early May is higher than it will be in the summer months when a cooler shower will be more welcome. I may have been unlucky dealing with a depleted hot water tank having either a late night shower coming back from beach dinner and needing a 6.30am shower due to an early departure.

The staff were great, Spyros at the Pool Bar was wonderful, friendly & helpful. I experienced an issue with noise from guests in the room next door, 2 girls who slept all day and partied all night. First night I thought it was a one off so I put up with it, the second night was really annoying and I complained. The hotel spoke to the girls but it made no difference, third night enough was enough! The Hotel relocated me to a better and quiet room. They were most apologetic about the noise. The noisy guests should have been asked to leave after night no.2 as it turned out I wasn't the only guest to complain about their noise. The hotel was in a good location and the gardens are really lovely.

Please change the mattresses, they were uncomfortable & lumpy. Breakfast was not very exciting and the coffee was .... but at least you did not starve

Great location, walking distance from the main strip and beach. Excellent Swimming Pool and Sunbeds. Large Bedroom ( Superior ) & plenty of hot water & towels. A/C worked well

Wifi only in reception and pool areas.

Lovely clean hotel with a fantastic pool area. Not too far from the beach, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Near the airport. Easy access to Fira, only a Twenty minute coach ride (fare €1.80c) for adults. One way, Breakfast nice
