United KingdomThe shower took ages to warm up (about 10 mins) and didn't get very hot. The Wi-Fi in the room was very poor.
Nice continental breakfast with some changing items and some re-occurring items. The location was great, right next to Kamari beach, which has a strip of restaurants and shops. The pool area was nice and the staff were kind.

IsraelThe hotel was really bad. The receptionist was extremely rude. At one point, she didn't let the delivery guy come in to deliver our food (we stayed at a different hotel right before Rivari and the receptionist ordered our food herself). The hotel's location was meh and it wasn't clean.q
The beach was beautiful and there were so many restaurants and bars around serving delicious food.

NetherlandsWe expected more of the room it was really empty with a poor bed. Our shower was cold and the staff told us that the reason was that they just started with the season and that we had to wait. The first night we had to wait 20 minutes before it was getting a little bit warmer. The next day they told us it was getting better because there were more people coming. But al the days we had ice cold water. We had to wait every day 15/20 minutes and even then it was not hot. The last night I finally got hot water after 20 minutes and then someone else in the building was taking a shower and I got ice cold water again. Unfortunately they didn’t came with a solution and we had to figure it out by ourself.
The location was nice and the outside look of the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was also good. For the rest was the staff at the reception friendly. They welcomed us very well and gave us good tips for our trip.

Lovely pool area and breakfast. The staff were all so lovely and helpful! Really cheap considering staying in Santorini & a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Lovely room overlooking pool area with a balcony.
