Angelo was very helpful when we arrived...gave us good information on local sightseeing and local restaurants to visit for awesome Greek food. Open air terrace with table and chairs to enjoy your own take away meals or a cup of tea/coffee. No lift so had to carry the bags to the 1st floor room. Bit inconvenient. Very centrally located to everything.

Our stay at San Giorgio was great. It is in a quiet area and yet very close to the Main Street of Fira. The staff was great and they gave us useful information about the island. The rooms were clean and we had a shy view to the see. Enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The room was hyper clean, the receptionist guy was incredible, helped us to find good restaurants, how to move around the island. And make us feel really comfortable. It was a 10 to be there. In the center of Fira, close to the bus station, restaurants and shopping.

Loved absolutely everything. As mentioned, one tiny blip, we wish the mattress had of been replaced before we arrived, when the bed was being made, rather than us being left to find it. We felt the place was clean, however, I was travelling with a very OCD friend and it did cause her some worry. We were explaining it was marks from a cleaning product, however, if there was a better condition mattress available, it should have been switched beforehand. Tip - difficult to find using apple maps, use google maps instead!

Everything was excellent. We had some black marks across our mattress and the hotel staff changed the mattress for us to ensure we felt comfortable. They suggested places to eat, sight seeing, beaches, everything we needed they provided.

Great location, friendly staff, and very spcious and clean room. The "view" might not be the best, but we really love the quietness and privacy we have there. For us, quietness and privacy are more important than the view. It is also very close to the main public bus hub, so it is very easy to travel around the island with public transportation.

The hotel is located in the main town but just a short 2 minute walk from the very busy area. Thus, the surrounding areas of the hotel is very quiet. The hotel has a pool, which is nice to enjoy and was not too busy when we were there. The hotel is just a 5min walk from the bus station (where you can go to the airport, beaches, and other towns).

The location was fantastic as it is just opposite McDonald's a meeting place for all. The taxis and bus station were just a walk away and it is in the central square with access to all the shops, restaurants, cafes, laundry and also to the steps pr cable car to take the ferry rides or to see the beautiful sunsets. Angelo at tge reception was very helpful and had good advice.

Very minor improvement required in the washroom facilities - sink would not drain easily.

Highly recommend San Giorgio! Angelo and Niko are fantastic hosts and helped me with everything right from airport pick up/drop off to planning the itinerary and restaurant recommendations. The property is in a prime location, tucked away just below the main street in Fira. The rooms were beautifully done and spacious, with a private balcony.
