Everything's were ok, I would exchange the refrigerator and corner for cooking

Good mood of personnel and supported approach coming from everywhere. I have few ideas what I would changed for improvement comfort for tourists. If you interested please contact direct with me kpelic@wp.pl. thank you for together spended time.

hut cleanliness is not good, and the bar tender is very cleaver they dint list the prices of drinks , based on situations they are charging money on the drinks!

The bar. No draft beer. But the bartender pours bottled beer into a beer mug making it look like genuine draft beer : ) The toilet rooms are not exactly a paragon of cleanliness.

Certainly beats any other accommodation on the island in terms of the price. Quite passable for a night or two. Very well located, within walking distance from the downtown area with all the shops and the bus station. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

the place is terrible the restaurant had a mouse in the kitchen, it rained, water entered the tent, there was no mattress on the beds, but something very bad. check in was done 1 hour late...and a place that is not recommended

The beds had bed bugs and the staff did not have any protocol in place to do anything about it.

The walk from the showers to the tent as your feet would get dirty again :)

The pool and the bar on the site! The cleanliness of the toilets and showers. The staff were so helpful and you could keep your bags there after checking out.

Filthy. Filthiest place I've seen. This place need a refurbishment. Rooms are small, dirty and uncomfortable. Old furniture that you could fix with some simple DIY, behind the bed dust and dirt from centuries ago. Toilets were not any better and I was about to vomit brushing my teeth the first night. The floor was a mess, other than old. I felt disgusted even walking with socks. Music playing loud until 2 at night despite no one was at the bar. Why?!?! Terrible experience. I don't know how the 6/10 average from reviews came out.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The location very convenient and close to the center. This would not make me stay there again, anyway.

I didn't experience but I observed that the bartender is a little bit aggressive and he could be a lot more kind to people that are paying his wages. I also did not appreciate that they do allow people to stay up to three or four in the morning directly outside of the hostel doors being so loud. Especially when people have traveled like myself and were so tired. They have an enclosed bar and if people are gonna stay up that late they should be told they must stay in the enclosed bar area otherwise respect people sleep.

I left everything and also being surprised by a bar a mini store and the amazing stuff with a great pool

The tents are not waterproof! It was raining and the tent couldn't hold it Everything got wet the floor was wet of course but also the water came pooring through the roof On top of that everything was so dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and the sheets were definetly not clean.

Facilities were high quality, super close to town centre. The room was quite spacious and we liked how all the rooms faced each other in a communal space.

Very DIRTY . The toilet, the floors. With a same price in Athena, we can get better facilities than this hostel. They only show us the nice photos on booking.com .

1. the swimming pool was so dirty, almost green 2. bathrooms were mostly broken and dirty 3. at nights you couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from the bar of the campsite (it was closing at 1am) and from the disco next to the camping (it was closing at 5am). first 2 night I slept maybe 1h 4. in the kitchen there werent facilities to cook. There was just a kettle, a sink and just 1 fridge for maybe 200 people that live in the camping. 5. the blankets that were given in the room were dirty and with dust. i know that it is santorini and everything is so expensive, but if I’m paying 50€/night for a tent, at least do your job well, because for me is a lot of money as I’m an student. i totally don’t recommend this camping. Even if is the only place you can afford I recommend spending a little more or going to another island.

I stayed at an apartment with private bathroom.it was really dirty,old, with damage and without a wardrobe.the towels were dirty and old.we ordered a pizza from the restaurant and it was inedible.it was still frozen inside .in the bathroom there was no special place for the shower

It is centrally located and easy to find.it is 400 metres from central bus station and the centre is easily accessible

We changed our dates and the hostel refused to accommodate the change, even though they had tent space available. Night staff who checked us in was sarcastic and snarky. They didn't even give us a top sheet for the bed. Bunk beds were unsteady, and wobbled at the smallest movement from the person on top.

Daytime staff were helpful and nice. Luggage storage was useful.
