The drive up to the top windmill was very steep so make sure you have good clutch control before attempting to drive up!! It could be quite windy at times but didnt bother us!

Location was great, beauitful views out to sea & an easy drive from the airport. The windmill was spotless & cleaned everyday. The kids loved the pool! Maria was so helpful with any questions, recomendations or issues we had - a truly attentive & lovely host.

This is a truly unique place! We had the entire property to ourselves—four of us enjoyed the two-story layout with two bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. It’s a very quiet and private retreat, and we had a wonderful time. We could even see the sunrise from our bed! The host was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to get to Topos and even connected us with a rental car service that delivered right to the property. The location is great, with reasonable driving distances to all the attractions. I highly recommend this place!

It was a bit far away from the city center but was compensated by the magnificent view and facilities at the villa. It provided the perfect ambience for relaxation with privacy and tranquility.

The only thing we would improve would be that the top floor bedroom does not have its own TV. Also, The shower area in that bedroom is slanted, so the 2nd level bedroom/bathroom would be better for taller guests. Otherwise our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Having a car or ATV is necessary as the drive up is a little steep. But the moment you step foot onto the property, its breathtaking! The inside and outside space is a dream. You feel instant relaxation and calmness. The view from the patio area and from inside the windmill is priceless. Anyone would be honored to stay here. We had 3 days with friends and then 1 day more with just my husband and I. It was such an enjoyable place. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Maid service daily. We loved the the living room area and the kitchen area where we had a small fridge, stove and plenty of utensils to eat on and cook with. Breakfast was not included in the price, but you can message your host the night before to request breakfast ($15/pp) the next day which is delivered at or around the time you specify. (Breakfast includes orange juice, fresh fruit, assortment of breads, and eggs/potatoes/protein custom made to order) And if you want to order lunch or dinner food, (which we did) use the app Wolt or efood to find local restaurants that will deliver. We even had a friendly cat who came to visit daily who we named, Genesis. :)

Amazing and peaceful view over the bay, comfortable beds, all services available if needed. Quiet surroundings, privacy. For our family the pool was highly appreciated, kids spent lots of time there until late evening. For reference, we had villa 3. Oia, Fira are easy to reach - useful for dinner, for ex.

Great location, lovely sea views although be aware they are all on a very steep hill, which our little rented car really did not like! Overall it was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Loved the bathroom. Definitely chose the right side of the island and were given some good recommendations for sites to see, activities and restaurants, which was very helpful. A couple of things needed tidying up the plunge pool needed some work and the building we stayed in looked a little more tired than some of the others on the outside but nothing a bit of paint couldn't sort out. Plunge pool was very cold but our son loved the main pool area which he had pretty much to himself. We would recommend and we would return.

The steep climb up the hill to reach the property - even our little rental car was pushed to the limit at times!

The location for us was perfect, as it was on the east of the island rather than in the middle of the main towns of Fira and Oia. The staff were friendly, helpful and punctual. Lovely breakfast delivered every morning and the villa was spotless after a daily clean.

The breakfast could’ve been better as we are vegans. We didn’t have much to eat. Also would like to suggest putting a full length mirror in the house to help getting ready. The mirrors in the bathroom are too small.

This accomodation exceeded our expectations. It is a wonderful, quiet and luxurious place with a pool and a fantastic sea view. Our host Edvokia was amazing, she was very helpul and gave us a lot of recommendations of restaurants, quiet beaches and places to visit. With Topos you will find a quiet place, only 15 mins from the center of the island. Breakfast was delivered every morning and was really lovely. Our rooms and the pool were cleaned every day by a very friendly staff. We can highly recommend this amazing place.

The breakfast is not made by the hotel but order from catering services. So the food is more like a delivery-kind. The pool of the house we settled in was quite tiny- but the resort also offered us a spacious shared pool which rarely anyone else accessed even in touristy season, so it compensated that tiny private pool. One sad thing was that the property we lived in has leakage problem on the first floor. It was not that severe because it was only there when the AC is on. Besides the staff was very responsive to the issue which was nice.

The views are superb. Although no Oia’s sunset, but the sunset at this part of the cliff is also beautiful - blue and pink mix hazily. The views to the ocean is also lovely. Staff is super nice and supportive. Spacious terrace with beautiful views.

Accommodation in Topos exclusive exceeded my expectations. Luxurious and private. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place a few minutes from the center. Near Fira and Imerovigli with a wonderful view. I want to appreciate the services of the local delegate Evdokia the most. She met us in absolutely everything. We had all the information and services of the transport company immediately. Maybe we had a lot of demands, but she fulfilled everything for us. Also, the services of the transport company that Evdokia arranged for us were at a high level, also in terms of fast transport to any place on the island and especially a tour around the island. I recommend. I can't fault anything, everything was great. Breakfast was adjusted according to our wishes. The pool is cleaned every day. We will definitely come back here.
