Hotel room did not had any view and even at night we wanted a water bottle but they did not provided any bottles.

Reception staff response. Even the General Managers response was aggressive.

Good comfortable rooms, though a bit smaller than the area given in the specs. Breakfast was very good, again not much variations in the menu

The first room given was a long walk from the reception with many steps. Requested a room change n was given a nearer room. The mattress was old and too soft that it gave me a back ache. The night reception staff was rude when I requested for my key, before I could give my name, he shouted at me 'tell me your name' I was shocked. The breakfast spread was just ok, not much choice and item was not labelled as containing meat or nuts

Lack of amenities like tea making facilities, tissue paper. We had to request. Given this was supposed to be at least 4 star hotel, guests should not have to ask for these basics. The mattress was not firm and there were ants in the room.

We didn't get to fully enjoy the property like the pool and the gym. Would have like to be able to swim possible after sunset. However that was it.

The hotel was convenient, clean, great value for the price. The staff were helpful. The rooms were big enough for three adult ladies. We were able to tour around and shop without really worrying about transportation. The daily breakfast was ok too.

Pool area was average. Pool extremely chlorinated skin was dry after. And it just was not that nice, furniture all old and not really pleasant to relax at. Given there are no beaches nearby this was disappointing.

It is a bit dated with old fashion furniture and a bit worn out. No coffee or facilities in the room apart from complementary water. Reception staff and cleaning staff were great, the pool side bar and concierge not very friendly.

Cant drink the tap water and hotel did not provide any in the room daily .coffee in the room would have been nice as well. Felt for the cost a litre of water daily should have been supplied at a minimum

The sauna, the interior spa and the hammam were not working which is a pity for such a big hotel. But to be fair, we came during the low season, that is s why some facilities were not available.

They upgraded our room which was super nice and even added a bottle of sparkling wine for our honeymoon. The breakfast is a super varied buffet, we loved it! The room was nice and the pool is quite big. We also enjoyed the gym and the staff was pleasant, smiling and helpful. It is well located, just few steps from the city center. It is a good value for money.

Not enough food options on the menu in the cafe by the pool. The room was totally overpriced and didn't look as nice as I thought it would. Needs vegan meat options more breakfast.

I loved location it was next to the city centre. Overall I loved the look of the beautiful hotel.

The breakfast was OK but not great. The pool looks beautiful but hardly used. I jumped in and discovered why, it is freezing. Hotel layout is confusing as there are many levels across the complex, lots of stairs, twists and turns to find reception and then your room. This is pretty normal for Santorini so beware if you can't walk far. Room was a good size but no table or chairs to use to eat and drink. We brought the outside furniture in as it was too windy to use outside.

The room was good, as expected, we overlooked the pool, unfortunately due to the position it is very windy so we were unable to sit on the balcony or even leave the doors open. A short walk to the local area of Firostefani, but a longer walk up and down many steps to get to the main town of Fira. No views of the Caldera which is beautiful, and more expensive. Overall it was nice but next time I will stay in Oia.

Everything! The front desk staff is exceptional. They were very helpful in getting us oriented to the area. They arranged our transportation to and from the hotel, our rental car, and our sunset catamaran tour. Housekeeping staff was also great and very respectful of privacy. As we waited for our transport to return to the airport, the young woman who cleaned our room (we stayed 5 nights) came running out to us to give us something we left in the room. Breakfast is included, and what a breakfast it is! You will have no problem finding you like. The staff works very hard replenishing the food.

The hotel is close to the center, 10 min walk, also it has a place with nice views next to the hotel. Everything was really clean and we loved the breakfast, there was a lot to choose from.

We had issues with our shower draining.

Location was very convenient to walking to shops and restaurants in Fira. Right next to a beautiful sunset spot on the Caldera. Also, was a convenient location for pickup spots for our excursions and tours.
