Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomPatio door broken and wouldn't shut, said they would fix it but never did which meant Aircon didn't work properly in living area all week. No welcome pack or instructions given so had to ask for WiFi code . Washing machine didn't work unless you manually kept moving it along and water was cold so nothing washed properly. Owner very rude and unfriendly. Ignored us when we were leaving and never fixed the door . He is not a people person.
Location was perfect on the main street and five minutes from beach. Kitchen had most of things we needed. Flat was very clean. Nice balcony. Aircon good in bedroom. Good shower . Lady was very pleasant and helpful.

NetherlandsAggressive owner, BIG BOSS. Hates women. Run away from him. He can't provide water in his apartment. He doesn't have wifi. He is control freak. Spy. Not caring for someone's privacy. He literally kick us from the apartement and did not want to return all the money to us. He is hungry for money, only respects customer in his resaurant. Even though we paid the apartment he didn't consider us as customers. He puts the warning inside apartment that he will charge air condition if he find that you are not inside the apartment and airconditioning is on.
Nothing. Horrible experience. He ruined our summer vacation!

United KingdomNothing! It was just what we wanted, the staff were lovely, cleaning excellent. Lovely bar/restaurant downstairs run by owners, nothing too much trouble. Suggest taking away old notes in the apartment re covid cleaning processes and replace with the info that it is cleaned every 4 days/ towels and bedding changed , what to do with rubbish etc. Also stress not putting paper down the toilet-easy to forget!
Excellent central location but quiet. We had the apartment which had plenty of room for two, can fit in 4. Full sized fridge freezer if needed, we ate out mostly.

United KingdomThe only minor gripe is that there was noone to meet us and we waited a bit as we didn't know that the apartment is owned by the restaurant below.
The apartment is in a great location above the owners restaurant on the main Street and shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. However, you can't hear the noise and bustle in the apartment. The beach is an easy 5 minute stroll away. The apartment is spotless and has everything you'd need for a great stay, including a washing machine. The air con is superb and easy to use. The kitchen area is superb if you fancy eating in. Plenty of storage space for your clothes in the rooms and the bathroom too has storage space for the toiletries. All in all, a great place to stay in a great location.
