The property is located in very nice beach area and the service was absolutely fantastic. We felt like we are most the important guests. The staff was pleasant and was looking forward to help with any of our requests . Highly recommend to visit, stay and enjoy.

The shower gel and water weren't replenished every day but there is a supermarket nearby so easy to do it by ourselves. The surroundings of the hotel look a bit neglected.

The facilities were old, everything looked like in need of a revamp, the surroundings in poor conditions, bins everywhere, things left unattended around. The bathroom near the pool was worse than a public bathroom. The breakfast was poor and simple, extremely over cooked eggs, no variety of fruits. The hotel was listed as 4 stars, if it where 2 we wouldn't bother and it would be fine, but for a 4 star hotel, it was super far away.

It was closer to the beach as advertised, and the AC was working properly.

Breakfast was very good and overall service was amazing. Santorini is the most amazing place I’ve ever visited and this hotel is a great choice across the black beach. Highly recommended. Zillion thanks for the birthday surprise! You guys rock!!

We will definitely go back soon. Our room was well equipped, clean and quiet. The day started at the beach which is in front of the hotel and we tasted the most delicious Greek salad and local beers.Late afternoon we had some amazing cocktails in reasonable prices at the bar . It was funny and relaxing. Totally worth it

The greatest advantage of this hotel is location. Being in front of the beach and having the hotel bar , the restaurant, the beach and so many other options in zero distance is very convenient and relaxing. The room was nice and clean and staff was warm and welcoming.

Everything!!!!The swimming pool, the beach, the free parking, the food, the property ,the nice staff and the cleanliness. Everything was as expected , the same as seen in photos. My son loved the beach in front of the hotel.

The location is ideal in front of the beach. The cleanliness was exceptional in every area of the hotel, including our room, pool area and the beach.The taste and variety of food at the restaurant was super and in very reasonable rates. The activities and entertainment in the area of perivolos had something for everyone to enjoy and participate in. Every member of staff was polite and welcoming. We loved the attention!

Kitchen area - Extractor fun installed in the room and kitchen sink in place with good size fridge but no kitchenette / hob

It has everything that our family needed, beautifully designed modern air conditioned rooms, nice swimming pool, beautiful beach, tasty traditional breakfast selection. Special thank you to Kostas, the restaurant / Bar staff and Dimitra from Reception that went well and beyond duties to make us feel like home away from home.

Best hotel you could imagine. The warmth and hospitality we had there is incredible. Special care for persons with specific needs. Accomdating all requests with a smile and making everything possible. My niece had her best birthday party because of them. As a staff from the hotel said ( I did it from the heart). Everything there from the heart. Clean rooms and great food. Thanks Dimi, Anna, Redha and the rest of the staff for giving us such good memories. We will always happy to be back 😊

Reception staff were awesome! Really friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect, well away from the cruise ships, right near the beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Fantastic place to stay to use as a base for exploring Santorini!

Wonderful stay! Loved the beach, free lounge chairs at the beach. Pool was good. Beach food, drinks were also good. Anna the waitress at the beach was attentive and friendly. The owner, bartender, and the 2 ladies working front desk were all great (sorry, forgot names). Rooms cleaned daily. Great location if you have a car. We were able to see the whole island the week we were there.
