How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

If you have a car sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot although the hotel itself offers some free spots
Great location, super close to the beach and at the same time in a not too busy area. Value for money if you compare it with the hotels nearby. Stuff was very friendly and warm welcoming.

Parking is on the street, so might be scarce in the summer. WiFi was intermittent and hardly functional on the balcony. Breakfast was ridiculous, the coffee shop down the street offered a good alternative.
Convenient location, close to roads, restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly service.

Basic bar & breakfast (no frills) - but many more options to be found nearby. Can't really complain for the price!
Great & convenient location near to the beach, port, restos & shops. Staff & landlady very helpful & considerate. Responses via e-mail very prompt & accommodating. For a 3-star hotel (plus pool!) the price was not too expensive & the quality very good.

Very old and not well maintained. Not clean - Ants in the kitchen. Basic breakfast.

The old feel of the overall structure and the rooms. The breakfast is quite basic.
The room is quite spacious. The staff are friendly. There is an outdoors pool within the premises but it wasn't open by the time we checked in and out.

A little bit dated and on the last night a dog in one of the apartments kept us awake but this was a one off.
Good location and one of the few in the area with a pool.

Doors banging and echoing throughout. Not the hotels fault though.
Staff friendly. Pool was amazing and lifeguard on duty. Nice breakfast.

The Staff is very nice and helpful.It's a relaxed place not far away from the busy city of Athens and 5min to the beach.The room was simple but clean and also with a nice balcony were you can also sit outside. We slept very good in the bed and it was quiet at night. I loved the smell of yasmin and the lovely little garden infront of the hotel where you can also sit outside and have breakfast. I would definitly book this hotel again!

The host was extraordinarily welcoming and kind, the hotel was nice, simple and very clean, every room has a nice terrace, and the pool is definitely a plus. The location is extremly convenient, 4 minutes walking to the beach and from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and even a movie theatre! The quality of this property exceeds the price you pay for it, and I'll go back there when I have the chance.

We only stayed for one night, so cannot comment on too much. Breakfast was okay. Overall hotel feels quite old, but again that's why it's also on the cheap side

Breakfast is not so good but they are plenty of great bakeries around especially one very close to the hotel but its okay for me since I was there for 2 days only

The room is quite tight and the shower / bath a bit small and uncomfortable( hand shower)
It was located within walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and the owners very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was a bit boring, not many options and same every day. The area is a bit pricey, so prepare to pay a lot for food and beach visits.
Good AC, cute rooms and nice staff. Close to a super nice beach and the neighborhood is safe with nice restaurants. Overall super happy with the hotel, you get a lot for the price.
