Location could be slightly better but the 10 minute walk to the main resort

Amazing hotel, have now stayed twice for 2 weeks and could not fault the hotel or family who own it. Would not hesitate to book again.

If you want to experience a real Greek party with excellent food, a great band and amazing dancers, Dimitrias is the perfect place. The apartment had everything, nothing was missing, a wonderful pool and especially the owners (Greek musicians) always helpful. I definitely recommend

The mattress perhaps not the most comfortable I've slept in but my room overall was very clean and comfortable overall.

Everything about our stay at Dimitris was top class. The staff, the food and villa itself all brilliant.

Ok, WiFi, already mentioned, and vicinity of airport, which is very busy in summer time, and very noisy.

The hosts are very nice, clean facility, daily changing of towels and bed linen, very good breakfast, in general, everything except WiFi. We did not have it in our room, since I had to work, I was forced to go to some common areas.

typically Greek accommodation, rooms kept lovely and clean. I’ve never felt as relaxed or made to feel as welcome in any other hotel as I did here, the whole family are very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they are a wonderful family who strive to make your stay the best they can. Food is excellent and good value for money. We will definitely return for another stay.

Twice we complained and twice we were accused of damaging property(tan on towels or bed sheet) we complained about smell coming from toilet and we had also observed a cockrouch in the bathroom. We observed this when we came I at 12.30 and reported next morning. Manager not available. We went out after that and when we returned in the evening and went to see the manager, he would only talk about the damage to his property, a hand towel that was soiled. There was no proof that we had .he said cockrouche infestations were normal in Greece, and smell was due to bog turd that would not pass through pipes until they dissolved. In the meantime we found that he had removed all towels from our room and would not supply as we damaged them. He also said he would be happy to give me a days refund if we left the hotel, this was about 6.00 the evening before we were leaving. We had paid for breakfast but never took it as we were unhappy about the quality and lack of choice of what we saw, together with poor basic hygiene issues we saw in the dinning area. The manager was rude ,ignorant and aggressive

Rooms basic, no air or windows, very claustrophobic toilet and bath facilities poor. Pool area shade on 4 bed that was lost when sun moved majority of beds had no shade available

Great little family run motel type accomodation, everything was great it’s very basic a good base for budget holidaying to explore while in Santorini. Sunbeds were magic
