Property doesn't have a sign for "Sweet Studios Sougia". Sign said "Ilias Rooms", so finding and verifying location took time.

No complaints about the room, met expectations. Sougia is small, beautiful and laid back. Wish we could have spent more time here.

the thing i really did not like was that this checking in was as if this was a virus time ... everything had to be done online with no actual, physical presence. horrible impression this gives, a pity to an otherwise good service. and the fact it was not possible to pay cash, also gave a bad, alienated feeling.

eva, the housekeeper, her presence was astonishingly warm and human.

A few more basic kitchen utensils would be useful (e.g bread knife, tin opener, scissors) but not a major problem.

Quiet location and close to beach, buses, ferry, shops, cafes and walking trails. Staff were friendly too.

I would’ve liked longer hot water in the shower.

We had a great stay at Ilias Room. Very comfortable to sleep and recharge from all the hiking. We did Samaria Gorge and Lissos gorge. The room is spacious, clean and even comes with a kitchenette. Easy parking just in front if you come with the car We will come back, there is lot to see in the area!

It seemed from the photos that it is in the nature more but actually it is just at the end of road and not that private since we could not have curtains open because the street was right there under our window. We stayed at first floor.

Clean and easy access, quiet surroundings, helpful staff. Close to everything. Home like surroundings.

lovely studio and warm welcoming people. very well appointed with everything we needed. we were about 150 metres from the sea and Sougia has great places to eat amd drink. a very chilled and relaxed place to stay. Parking on site we will stay in these studios again

Bathroom was a little compact (but clean).

On second floor of two story building. Private steps to entrance. Set a little way back from main village meant it was quiet. Lovely setting.

It was very personal , friendly and Penelope did everything to help our stay go perfectly. The place was calm and quiet with a nice family feeling. We absolutely loved sougia.

There was a small step up to get into the bathroom which was surprising in a room this small. Why was this tripping hazard necessary? The refrigerator door in this right kitchenette opened the wrong way, making it even less convenient to use. Shower set up was very confusing-water controls. And water very hot. Make sure and take the time to figure it out in advance. Shower is tiny. They allocated space in bathroom for "modern" sink, leaving no room for toiletries

The check-in was easy and seamless. The room is small but adequate. The room has a lot packed into it. But the result is a very tight room. A table and chairs was set up in the kitchenette. While sitting there you had no room to open the door to the mini-fridge, but you could do the dishes without leaving your chair. There were no services and we never saw staff until after we had checked out of our 3-!night stay. Parking was convenient. Location was ok.

The balcony isn't private, is just the entrance to this apartment and another one. The mattress -under the sheets- was very dirty, we noticed stains and insects. The room is totally overpriced (we paid 60 € for one night).

The apartment is modern and the furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.

Nice little basic apartment near to central action in town.
