The bathroom doors didn t work. I asked for another room with the functional door, I received one that didn t close. The receptionist was quite agressive about it. The towels were not clean. A bad experience altogether.

Very bad smell on corridor carpets. If not replaced this is a strong reason not to visit again the hotel I am afraid. However the hotel has great potential if some changes are made.

The room isn't plan right, no night lights, safe are not attached to wall or cabinets, shower isn't sealed and water are splashing from the sink anywhere, the balcony was wear and not clean.

The location of the property was fab. But the hotel rooms weren’t that great. Got bitten by mosquitoes all night. Ac suddenly stopped working. We asked for a plate and cutlery in the room they told us it would take 30mins as they had no staff and the restaurant was closed. But it clearly mentions room service 24/7. Also when my husband went down to get it himself the guy at the reception told him that it would take time and he was alone?? Why book so many rooms and have less staff if you can’t manage. We paid almost 200€ for one night! It’s not cheap and for that service ? Not at all worth it.

Location. And the staff helped me get a sweet driver (taxi) for the pick up from Rafina . Which was nice

Terrible value for money - probably the most disappointing place I’ve ever stayed in. We booked Superior roof garden room for approx. 180€/night and really felt like in a mediocre 3* hotel. The balcony, which is extra compared to standard rooms, is completely useless, has no furniture and terrible view. Besides, it is oriented towards Six dogs, a bar with a VERY LOUD music playing till the morning (we woke up at 6.30 AM and the music was still going on). The bathroom did not have a functioning door, we weren’t able to close it (the toilet was right behind the door). We contacted the reception right upon our arrival about the issue, they told us that they need a technician to repair it (who never came) and they couldn’t change our room because they were booked out. When reading reviews, we found out that this problem has been lasting AT LEAST 3 MONTHS because someone had already complained about it. A 4* hotel and they haven’t been able to fix it??? Unacceptable. The room was full of dust, there were used toiletries in the bathroom (like little half-empty bottles of body lotion), no vanity kits and the robes were torn.

Central location close to the metro and all must see monuments.

Shower head was broken, there was was only 1 towel hook which was a bit impractical, the air conditioning was capped at 22 degrees, you could not go lower.

Cockroach and bedbugs. Had to move room. Didn't accept that being eaten by bedbugs, even though found in room and maid advised we needed to move rooms, was unacceptable.

We were put in a room that originally didn’t have a working shower and almost looked like it was newly built but abandonned due to the huge amount of cobwebs ! We then had this room changed…to the room directly above which also had a huge amount of spider webs!! These rooms were also disconnected completely from the hotel and only accessible via doors to an exterior staircase. Our sheets also had bloodstains on them and we had to get them immediately changed, frankly that is unacceptable.

Location is exceptional, and so was the breakfast.

-cleaning of the room really so-so ( first day we were given only towels as a room clean up, second day litters were left on the table .. , dust on the floor) -we were initially attributed a room with broken lights. even if the next day we were given another room after we raised the issue , the whole process has been really unpleasant. and we didn’t get the info the new room given would have smaller bed. -you have to pay extra after the first 2 small bottles of water and coffee capsules - which is definitely not up to standard for a so- called urban 4* boutique hotel

-the location is great for sightseeing in Athens -pretty decent size of room (junior suite)

Our room had a malodorous smell which in my opinion smelt of cigarette smoke. We immediately informed the manager who was clearly not interested and argued that the room did not smell. In addition the room was dark and stark, unlike the the pictures on Booking .com. The city view promised in the description consisted of a derelict building. Very disappointing. I would have changed hotels if we had he time to do so.

The property is not hygienic. When we slept in the middle of the night we found our bed full of big bugs and we didn’t sleep the entire night. The next day a different room was given to us at 1 pm. There were mosquitoes at many places in the property. Overall the property is not good

Our room faced over a bar/club and we had very loud rap music until 2.30am and 4.00am over the weekend. The reception were totally useless.

It was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in The sink and shower were blocked and flooded the room We had to complain 3 times before someone came to attend to it. The sheets were full of blood stains We asked to change rooms and were refused We asked to speak to a manager and were refused They came to change the sheets at 12:30 at night

the hotel only gave us complimentary coffee capsules on the first day. the housekeeping was quite poor, e.g. sink wasn’t cleaned properly and got clogged which I myself had to clean.

- Very noisy room. it was very difficult to sleep when motorcycles were racing down the street. - When we ask for room cleaning they only cleaned the floor and washed cups. Towels and bathrobe were not changed. Also new bottles of water and coffee capsules no given.
