The simple decor, the Nespresso machine,the shower which was fantastic and the fact that my room had a veranda so I could open a window for some air. Many of these modern hotels have windows that don't open. Fast and efficient check in and very polite staff at front desk and in breakfast area. Good breakfast too.

The room was great, clean, quiet modern amenities including expresso in room. Hotel staff was exceptional. I had left my phone at the restaurant, Emily, front desk notified me and made arrangements to get the phone to me.

It's a pity we didn't stay longer because this is a beautiful temporary home to come back to after enjoying Piraeus.

Clean, modern, perfect. The room seems bigger due to its design. Comfy and cozy. Restaurants and shops close by. 5 minutes to ferry - and this is what you want in the morning.

Noise from railway station opposite can be annoying however this is a trade off for such a central location.

Everything was great.

The location was great, after arriving by train and travelling on to the islands, we were literally just across the road from the port. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was lovely, breakfast was tasty, varied and plentiful. We also went for dinner here and would highly recommend it. The food is fantastic and the staff very attentive. An all round great visit.

THE TINY RECEPTION AREA WASN'T OF AN ADEQUATE SIZE TO DEAL WITH THE LARGE VOLUME OF GUESTS CHECKING IN AND OUT.

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD BUT RECEPTION WAS INADEQUATE FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE CHECKING IN AND OUT. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL I PHONED AFTER DEPARTURE TO SAY THAT MY ADAPTOR, CHARGER & IPAD HAD BEEN LEFT BEHIND. I REQUESTED A TAXI SERVICE TO PICK THEM UP & TAKE THEM TO THE SHIP, STATING THAT I WOULD PAY. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THAT I WOULD NEED TO COME IN PERSON, SO I CAUGHT A TAXI BACK FROM THE SHIP & HAD THE DRIVER WAIT (HE CHARGED A LOT). I GRABBED MY PARCEL & LEFT AS THE SHIP WAS DUE TO DEPART. WHEN I LOOKED IN THE BAG, THE CHARGER & ADAPTOR WERE BOTH MISSING. AS THERE WAS NO AVAILABILITY OF THESE ITEMS ON THE SHIP, I WAS SEVERELY INCONVENIENCED. IT WAS MY FAULT FOR LEAVING THESE ITEMS BEHIND, BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT SOMEONE HAD KEPT THEM.

The Port Square Hotel was perfect. The staff were excellent and very responsive both before the trip and when we arrived. Breakfast was good with with good choice of foods. The hotel is steps away from the cleanest Metro that I have ever seen. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean modern 4star hotel, no frlls but all you need. Friendly and helpful employees. Pleasant restaurant and Bar, accessible from the lobby. Just opposite Piraeus metro station, direct line to Athens and Airport.
