Turkeyİnternet connection was terrible. There was no kettle in the room. The most important thing is that the hotel haf five stars but we are not sure about the hotel had the situation to get five stars.

SpainThe hotel is nicely built it’s new but there are serious things that should improve. The road to get there is crazy, and it’s 23 min drive from Ioannina. The swimming pool was not cleaned, hair, dead insects, etc. There were wasps everywhere but the staff was more concerned about the parasols. The pipe from under the sink was licking a lot, I asked them to fix it but after 4 days they did nothing. Although it’s a 5 star hotel in other places it would be a 3 star hotel.
The good thing was the view from the pool. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The WiFi was good.

GreeceUnfortunately, this hotel does not live up to its 5-star description, more accurately resembling a 3-star establishment. Upon arrival, we noticed a lack of staff, and there was no assistance offered with our luggage, which is typically expected at a higher-end hotel. We chose this hotel primarily for its view and pool. Sadly, the pool was poorly maintained. The water was green, and the sides of the pool had visible mold, making it uninviting for swimming. Although a maintenance company was brought in on the fourth day of our stay, their efforts only seemed to worsen the condition of the pool, and the mold remained. Additionally, there was a stray dog around the hotel. While the dog was friendly and playful, the receptionist confirmed it was a stray, likely unvaccinated. The dog drank from the pool and glasses left by other guests and climbed onto chairs to sleep. The hotel manager's attempts to chase the dog away with water were ineffective. While the dog added a charming touch to our stay, it would be better if the hotel ensured the dog's well-being through vaccination and training. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for those looking to relax by the pool. However, if you're seeking a place to enjoy the view, this hotel could be suitable.
The location was exceptional, offering a panoramic view of the lake and the city of Ioannina. The room was clean, with fresh towels provided daily and bed sheets neatly folded. The receptionist was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

United StatesNo bell boy, and there are steps between the parking (which is outside under the sun), and the elevator. No concierge or at least some information about the surroundings ( a map?). No candies/chocolate at reception or on bed (and of course no “tuck-in”). No gym and just a little corner with two chairs as a “common place” - but a big outside pool (sadly not infinity) and jacuzzi with a view. No water or wine glasses in the room nor ice bucket or machine. The bed was pretty sloppy made. Not enough place to put stuff, in the very small, dark bathroom which is separated from the “entrance area “ by 4 slippery stairs (pic). No: coffee/tea, safe, facial tissues nor garbage basket in the room. Two little water bottle were never replenished. Our room view was a stone wall on one side and the neighbors bedroom on the other (pic) and is not soundproofed so could hear the next door guests through the wall , the ceiling and the hallway (that’s after our only request was a quit room and the hotel was almost empty). Dogs are slowed and so you hear barking all day and night. Only one pillow per person (nothing extra in closet). Breakfast was as disappointing (pic). Hardly fits 3 stars hotel. Skimpy breakfast, limited variety, mediocre coffee and if you wanted water, you get a small glass of tap water. No juices, no vegetables (fresh or cooked), and the hot variety was cold eggs - that’s it. MISSING from the description on Booking.com (pic): There were no : Bathrobe, Patio, Sofa, Electric kettle , Mountain View , Drying rack for clothing, Outdoor area with furniture, Fresh water fountain, Radio, Minibar. Also: - There is a door to the bedroom: if opened, it bangs into the desk and if closed (pic), there is no a/c to the room because the a/c is OUTSIDE the bedroom ( in a “entrance area”). - There is “nothing” around the hotel (no restaurant, supermarket etc.).
If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, you will be disappointed. But for a price of 3 stars hotel, I would consider. To be fair, it’s a brand new place, opened April 2024, and it seems like they ran out of money to complete it…

A lovely small hotel with a magnificent view of the lake. The room was lovely but there were no tea and coffee making facilities in it. The pool area was unusable due to swarms of wasps around it. The hotel is very isolated up a steep sided mountain. There is a village ten minutes walk away with a taverna which although it had an impressive view the food was awful.

IsraelThe phone didn't work. Couldn't turn on the TV. The water from the shower flowed out all over the shower floor (dangerous). No soap and nothing to dry hands in the public toilets. Public areas are very poor and very basic. The access road to/from the hotel is very inclined.
The breakfast was fair. I like the wonderful view from the balcony. The bad.
