It is a beautiful villa and perfect for a family. Everything was so clean and well looked after, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. A short walking distance to the bus station with regular buses taking you to connecting towns. In the evenings, the villa is lovely and quiet.

Booking.com (and not the property itself) had this property filtered as having air conditioning and it did not. It was ok as fans were provided and the inside stayed pretty cool, but the platform (and once again not the property’s listing itself) was misleading in putting it in the has air conditioning category.

We booked two villas and both were beautiful, with views of the sea and private pools. We were lucky enough to have adjoining villas making the trip very convenient for us. Nicholas, who manages the property, was wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The town of Emporeio is very charming and all the locals were kind and gracious. We would definitely all come back and loved our stay!

Mind it, the property doesn’t have an Air conditioner and the ceiling fan was not really effective. We came in summer and I felt it was warm overall in the room. But, Nick is a legend, he arranged for a portable fan which made my stay comfortable.

I recently had the most incredible stay at a charming little property in Santorini, Greece. Let me tell you, the host and the property itself were nothing short of exceptional. Nick, the owner, deserves a special mention. He's not just a host; he's a genuine, knowledgeable individual who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. First off, Nick made our arrival a breeze with airport pickup and drop-off services. But he didn't stop there; he helped us arrange ATV rentals and even booked some amazing sightseeing tours for us. It was like having a personal concierge at our disposal. The property's location was perfect. We were just a short 15-20 minute walk away from the picturesque Perisa beach, and within a 5-minute walk, we had a supermarket and a clinic, just in case. Plus, there was a convenient bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the island. As for the property itself, it was clean and cute, with a cozy pantry area stocked with all the necessary utensils. It felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive, and it added to the overall charm of the place. Overall, I can't recommend this property enough. Nick's hospitality and the fantastic location made our Santorini getaway truly memorable. If you're looking for a place to stay on this beautiful island, look no further. You won't be disappointed!

Lots of levels. Shower is “interesting”. Expensive cab rides into other towns.

Pool was fantastic. Lots of towels and outdoor patios were great. Reasonable amount of space and having coffee and kitchen amenities were helpful. Great hospitality and attentiveness from Nikos at the front desk. Nice quiet area with authentic “Greek” experience away from tourists.

No many transport in the village so it is not easy to go to Oira or Fira . Only bus with seriously waiting time .

First villa did not have A/C’s in all sleeping areas.

My mother/aunt are elderly and have problems going up/down stairs. I did not realize that the property had a lot of stairs to access/egress first villa. They are both diabetic and my mother runs risk of high pressure due to her health conditions, sleeping in a room with no A/C would have been an issue for her, concerning her health. Host did his best to accommodate us and managed to get us an alternative villa for two out of the three nights with better amenities (A/C’s in both sleeping areas) with less stairs. Both my mother and aunt were very appreciative and thank the host for his prompt responses and his attention towards the health concerns. I am thankful he heard our concerns and addressed the situation as best as he could. The alternative villa was more expensive but he decided to waive the costs; again, host did an amazing job addressing the situation. Both villas were nice with outdoor pools.

Self catering … had to stock up or eat out . In the town you had plenty of choice . Very Quiet and Peaceful. Nikcos was a gentlemen and always happy to help.

As cool as area was it was out of the way. 10 to 20 min walk to center of town but to see Santorini from here you need a rental car. If you have troubles walking it isn’t the right place.

Cool area of Emporio and away from crowded tourism areas. But most of all the manager Nicolaus was exceptional. He made sure we were in a room that worked for us and helped arrange aspects of our stay like the rental car. His kindness and hospitality was amazing.

Nothing that can be changed as it is a beautiful period property however as a a tall family having to bend down through all the doors or not being able to stand fully in one of the bedrooms can be awkward.

The host was very accommodating from arranging transfers to delivering breakfast to the accommodation.

The streets to get to timedrops are super narrow and the apartments heat up throughout the day.

Nikos was very friendly and helpful and available whenever needed. The pool at our Villa B. was the perfect size, the walls made it feel fairly private and we had a great stay!

If you are wanting to be near the beach or to the cities of Fira and Oia, it is a bit far. There are local buses to take and private transfers of course for fees.

the cave hotel was very comfortable. there was AC which worked wonderful in June . all the amenities were there for the kitchenette and bathrooms. One shower was designed to step down into the cave which was interesting. There was a private pool and terrace above with umbrella. The room was very nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful and caring .

the location is not very good if you are not planning to rent a car. As local bus runs in “hub” style, meaning that if you want to go to anywhere else, you have to go to Thira (the centre of Santorini) first. Although bus tickets are not as expensive as to rent a car, taking buses could also be annoying as you may have to wait a long time or stand in the bus.

the design style is nice and so Santorini. Staff was nice and friendly. Many cats are in the village and some of them are friendly. The view is not bad. The price is good.

One morning there was no hot water so my shower was pretty cold.

The property was a lovely traditional villa built into the mountain. It was so charming and our view was amazing! The host was lovely and very helpful.
