Minor! Music blared at times at pool. It was turned down immediately upon our request.

Incredible views. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Regrettably did not get to enjoy all the facilities offered from our hotel room because of the various excursions and things we wanted to do while in Santorini! Certainly would have factored in time to relax and lounge in the hotel itself. The hotel also offers a shuttle scheduled for various times to capital Fira which was incredibly thoughtful to offer.

We loved the sunset in October views plus exquisite Seaviews from our bedroom/the shuttle service/ the great service at breakfast/the amazing breakfast included in our booking/ the beautiful swimming pool/ our best hotel by far/ the incredible airport shuttle at same fare as a taxi but so much better!

While the room was fine, it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of luxury considering the hotel's price point. The staff were kind and attentive, always ready to assist. However, I did notice that their friendliness sometimes felt a bit rehearsed, lacking genuine warmth.

The breathtaking view, in particular the stunning sunsets over the sea were absolutely unforgettable. There are countless picturesque spots around the hotel that make for perfect photography opportunities, especially with the iconic white architecture of Santorini serving as a backdrop. Dining at the Caldera Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, offering a delightful culinary experience that complemented the beautiful surroundings.

After getting off the plane and arriving at hotel we just wanted some water, but there were no complimentary bottles - very expensive minibar. Luckily there is a shop across the road so we got water from there. We felt there should be bottled water provided given it is unsafe to drink tap water.

The most stunning views, and perfect location to watch the sunset. The location was very peaceful, after visiting all around the island we said we had the best spot. Loved the shuttle into Thira (very helpful) although it is only a 25 min walk down a straight road which was very easy. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of choice. Having a quiet pool area and another pool area with music was good - could choose which you were in the mood for. Fresh towels every day at pool was good, meant we weren’t drying more at the room. Cleanest place I’ve ever been to. Room well kept by staff each day.

Excellent service from the staff, especially at breakfast where the staff were so friendly and made a lovely atmosphere every morning, which we looked forward to everyday. Room was immaculately clean and was spacious, and had amazing views of the caldera. Hotel is only a 5 minute drive from Fira and has a free shuttle service which was helpful. Will definitely be returning again !

Very minor observation that the bathrooms are not that well appointed. We found they were not very practical with no shelving of hooks.

Amazing views of the sea and the volcano. Rooms are comfortable. Food at the restaurant is good. Amazing breakfasts.
