Mold in the bathroom

- the walls were scratched and with dirty spots - bed cover which is also used as a blanket (with a simple sheet between the cover and person) was dirty with big brown stains on it - the leg of one of the two tables in the room was broken - no windows, and the natural light is only possible through the door's shutter - not too many places to put your stuff - bathroom sink and mirrors were not cleaned since the last guests - tea box with no tea or coffee in it, but only some sugar. Oh, and the kettle had some leftover water in it. - very worn out towels (and a bit stained) - the location provided on Booking.com is about 200m away from the actual location - small breakfast which vaguely resemble the pictures (no eggs, no chocolate mousse, no cereals, no milk, less salami...). It starts at 8:30. - the room comes with a flat screen TV, which doesn't have any channels, but only a blue screen with a 'no signal' message on it - very noisy fridge

+ Interesting minimalist concept both in room and bathroom + 10 minutes walk from Fira center + Air conditioning (very helpful as in winter it's pretty cold)

The wifi stopped working and when it came back on, there was no electricity. Breakfast was included in our stay but they didn’t give any. When asked, they said there is no electricity. They gave us packaged croissants because we told them we have a flight to catch.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are pristine and all amenities are provided.

As I came late evenig from the airport by taxi I did not go to a supermarket. I expected at least water in the room. But there was not even a bottle of water or some tea for boiled water as you should not drink tap water. I had to wait till the breakfast next morning and were really thirsty.

A nice location with a pool and kind staff. Breakfast was good and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The rooms could be slightly cleaner - maybe just a paint needed. It wasn’t unclean but more looking a little bit tired in places.

We loved our entire 10 day stay here. Great location (quiet and out of the way of the main tourist spots but could walk into the ‘city’ centre within about 15 minutes). Perfect for us who like the peacefulness but also enjoy staying active on holiday. The breakfast was also great, basic but did the job and meant we didn’t have to walk into town or buy any food or coffee before lunch. The walk may be a little more challenging if you’re not used to walking much (uphill in areas and gets very warm during the hottest parts of the day), but we did a lot of research and read the reviews before booking so we were fully aware of what to expect. As a young couple we didn’t have to get any taxis/transport back to the room for the entire trip (though we didn’t ever come back super late at night when it was much darker).

The hotel is very far away from Fira and walking to Fira is really tough as there will be lots of hills to climb up and down and if you are returning late, you can’t walk back to the hotel as there won’t be any lights on the way and there is no walking route

The room was quite spacious. The manager of the hotel with whom I chatted was very prompt in answering any kind of questions asked and ensured that I get all the required things during my stay.

There was a kettle in the room, but there were no supplies for making coffee - there were just a couple of very small cups and a few teabags available with no spoons. There was a fridge in the room which was quite loud straight next to the bed, it didn't really bother us, but something to consider when planning your visit.

It is a beautiful place about 25 minute walk from the centre of Fira. There is a bus route from the ferry port to Karterados, then another 10 minute walk is required to get to the property (and of course it's accessible by car). The hotel consists of multiple rooms with bathrooms that have private terraces to enjoy. Because we visited at winter time, the jacuzzi wasn't functioning, but as we stayed only for a night it wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom was well equipped and comfortable to use. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly.

You need to climb for sleeping also lights not available on streets from main road to property so have to be cautious.

- The breakfast was basic. It was served with fixed amount and same thing on our 2 days of stay. - The interior of bathroom is very dark. I personally feel sad whenever I entered to the bathroom. - Our villa was duplex. There was no mirror or basine in the ground floor. So you need to go up and down which is kind of annoying.

+ The location was pretty close to main city Fira. + The owner was very responsive. + Nice sea view from balcony. + The villa was quite clean.

Property should have sign showing the direction arrow for easy finding. Google map was even confused to find the address.

View and personnel touch by staff. Ms. Elian helped my to find a rental car, which was a plus. Ms. Elina has prepared a continental breakfast tray for both of us and delivered in porch to enjoy the breakfast with a view.
