A small hotel in the center of Flores island. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel has a great location with everything do to in Flores within walking distance. Great Wifi.

There is a situation that you can't have the A/C and the fan on at the same time, which is completely fine... but sometimes that happens by mistake and it's not necessary to get scolded 🤷‍♂️ No other issues besides that and would still recommend Amina 🙌

Amina's room space is comfortable.. Our room was clean, smooth bed and a view to a small garden. Locationwise, it was great! Very easy to walk around, and a nice, small café across the street for a morning croissant or breakfast. The staff was also very friendly, provided guidance regarding food corners and restaurants, and helpful for the airport transfers.

There is a very strange shower with no water temperature or flow direction settings (or at least you're not supposed to change it because it says do not touch) and we had lukewarm water the first day. Some other small points to improve: The safe box didn't work and the bathroom doors were squeaky.

The place was just as described. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a nice garden and some place to sit outside. I really liked the fact that it's a small hotel with only a few rooms. The host helped us book our trips.

There was a fiesta in town and the first night there was loud music all night and also fireworks. But the owner was not to blame for that, sometimes this happens.

Well equiped room on a central location in small Flores. Wifi worked well and there was a hot shower. Communication with the owner went well, he picked me up from the airport.

The description says that there is breakfast available. Unfortunately this is no longer the case, they don't serve food anymore. When arriving we had a really long discussion with the desk clerk because it bothered him, that we had booked two rooms but were three people. He said, that the police would check how many people had been in the hotel and would want the full taxes to be paid. We were really tired from our journey and felt that a 30minute lecture on this topic was not really appropriate. We felt like the clerk wanted a bribe, because he didn't explicitly offer a solution to the issue. At the end we checked in but were pretty unnerved. The same clerk also knocked on our friends door at 7am to check his AC and that wasn't so ideal either I'd say. Our room was extremely small, no space for suitcase. The shower was lukewarm. At least 2 neighbouring bars play loud music at night, keeping us awake.

The location of the Amina Hotel is very central. It was easy to reach the Islands ATM and all of the good restaurants. There was a ceiling fan and an AC.

The lady was really friendly. Also the lobby was great and cozy so we had a warm welcome. The room itself was small and clean. Not the cleanest, but definitely clean enough. Great value for your money.

Nothing really. No hot water (more luke warm), but you definitely don't need steaming hot water as Flores is extremely hot and humid. It was actually a blessing in disguise.

Great stay at this little place. It only has 4 rooms, so it's very quiet. The girls working there are awesome! Great comfortable beds. Close to everything.

For the price we paid the room exceeded expectations. It was bigger than we expected and the AC was lovely. Also had a TV where you could watch Netflix etc. Room was pretty clean and got cleaned every day. Would definitely recommend if you are in Flores, for the price it’s a no brainer.

In our first room, the AC did not work well. But the staff switched us to another room where it worked much better (the whole island has intermittent power interruptions, those are not the hotel’s fault!).

Beautiful courtyard filled with flowering plants, helpful staff (Yvon was great!), room was small but decorated beautifully (and small rooms are easier to air condition!). Quiet street almost right across from a lovely bakery.
