Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Everything! Set in a beautiful garden with three outdoor areas to sit in. Friendly, helpful staff. Great view of Volcano Agua from the roof terrace. Perfect location. One block from the main square yet quiet in the rooms. Plus they offered an inexpensive shuttle to Lake Atitlan.

United StatesBecause it's located near the center of town, lots of traffic and noise. My room was quiet. Hotel can't control that kind of noise.
Basic lodging but great location, near restaurants and the center of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Many sitting areas inside and outside as well as kitchen and dining areas for use. Beer and soft drinks available for purchase, coffee available free if desired. Seemed secure.

CanadaThis hotel is amazing! It is clean, comfortable, colourful and beautiful with gardens all over. We had a room with a shared balcony that had access to the roof terrace with the most amazing view of the volcanos. It is really well situated, right in the center, close to basically anything you'd want to visit in Antigua, but is still very safe and quiet. Customers have advantages like discounts in restaurants and access (for 10qz) to a partners' hotel pool (which our 2 year-old really enjoyed) and lockers for those like us who want to hike Acatenango and leave their luggage in a safe place. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed the calm oasis in the middle of the city with the two amazing rooftop terraces, the free (and very good) coffee and the kind and helpful staff. Could not imagine a better place to stay in Antigua: if there is a next time Sntigua, we would book it again!!

AustriaThere is no breakfast. You have to walk 10 Minutes to another more expensive Hotel, where you get 1 of 2 breakfasts for free. Only problem is, the one costs triple as much as anywhere else. Bad room with no window in it, very dark. Cockroaches everywhere. Only one bathroom for the whole Hotel, as well as only one toilet, so it is always occupied. Pictures on the website don't apply to the Hotel at all, it doesn't look nearly as nice but is even more expensive than the price written on the website. They charged 30$ extra taxes, which made it way too expensive for what you get. The kitchen facility is also dark and looks extremely outdated.
The staff is nice. Terrasse is very green. Looks cool but isn´t too comfortable to sit. Shared spaces are pretty clean.
