Noisy guests and central area near reception was echoey with guests coming in during early morning hours.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Organising laundry for us overnight, but woke us up to let us know it was ready at 6.30. (I did ask for it early). Drop off to airport free and breakfast included.

There is a security door, where they have to let you in. However, on two seperate occasions I couldn't get on to the property, because the receptionist was busy. I had to wait 10 minutes each time. The first time a man tried to lead me away to a 'cheaper/better' hotel. The second time was at night time. This is unacceptable for the safety of its guests. To have a guest locked out at night in a country where violence can be prevalent, is just beyond me. They desperately need a system that allows guests to go through a security door on their own and not let in. I was also awoken at 3am to see if I wanted breakfast, which was odd. My flight wasn't until 7.00am and I arranged for the shuttle to take me at around 5.30am. So jisy before then would have sufficed, but it's a question that should been asked when I arrived the day before. There was also (presumably) staff loudly talking at reception around 1 or 2am. My door wasn't sound proof and so I could hear clearly, a conversation.

Location was great and obviously the room had recently been remodeled. It was great they offered to shuttle you to the airport too. The interior was nice

Only a couple of very minor things. Bathooms need a soap dish to put the soap in once it's open. Another rail or hook to hang a towel would be good too. Coffee at breakfast time was very weak.

The whole place looks brand new. Exceptionally clean, plenty of electrical outlets and usb charging points. Super comfortable bed with nice quality bedding. Excellent location, so close to the airport, yet surprisingly peaceful. Helpful, attentive and friendly, yet professional, staff. Very nice toiletries, good quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. Massive TV on the wall looks excellent

The beds are so comfortable, but they did seem a little shorter than normal. I am a tall person, so I noticed.

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The location is so convenient to the airport! The service was really wonderful. We will be back next time we need to stay near the airport.

They forgot to book our shuttle and breakfast. Funny that we kind of booked the whole place because they could have an early breakfast (our flight left at 7am) and they could organize a shuttle. We woke up and the shuttle was not booked and no breakfast was ready. Dissapointing. Staff was being trained at the moment we checked in - I assume the new guy forgot to do his job.

The location was great in terms of being close to the airport. Friendly staff all around - bathroom and bed were clean and really comfy. WiFi worked great - although I did not do any work while at the place.

We found an scorpion in the bathroom. We book the hotel for 3 people and a pet and they charge me extra a bottle of water and my pet . The handle of the shower was broken and it was hard to set the hot water.

The hotel hotels was very close to the airport. The staff was good.

We stayed here for a quick overnight before an early flight, and while the room was nice, our morning experience was a disaster. When I turned on the shower to warm up, it suddenly started spraying water everywhere. I understand that things like this can happen, but the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. Instead of simply moving us to another room so we could get ready, they sent multiple people in and out of our room to try to fix it—while my husband was still inside trying to get dressed. I told them I needed to shower, and their solution was to offer me a dirty room instead. On top of that, while my husband was trying to eat the breakfast they had delivered, he had to keep moving so workers could pass by for the repair. This all happened at 6:30 AM, and we were checking out at 7:30 AM. The hotel easily could have waited to do the repairs after we left, but instead, they made our last hour there chaotic and stressful. To make matters worse, the breakfast was cold and overly salty, adding to the frustration. A hotel stay is supposed to be about comfort and convenience—this was neither. We won’t be staying here again.
