Great location, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful garden setting. Staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is quite good, and the breakfast options are extensive. I will definitely stay here again.

Russia,At the very beginning when we just arrived we stoped the car by the reception They send us to the parking lot so we drove there but y lot but the gate was locked so we had to go back to the reception and ask them to open. When you enter the hotel you get a strong smell of mold. Rooms are nothing like the photos. Shower is lame. No value for money

United StatesThe gardens are beautiful, but I saw no one enjoying them when I walked through. The property is well maintained and our room was spacious. However the staff was officious and unhelpful both in person and online. We were woken up numerous times during the night as bags were rolled along the tiled portico (a carpet or a bag carrier with soft wheels would help) and work was being done in the kitchen. We were not make to feel welcome.

AustraliaI booked this hotel being advertised as a 4 stars, having a fitness center and cable TV. At check in I asked the receptionist where the fitness center was located. The answer was that it was none. I asked how many stars is this hotel and she replied 3. I then told her that the advertising at Booking.com was misleading. Re cable tv, my tv was not working on the first day and also not working on the last. Only worked 3 days out of 5.
Great breakfast location overlooking lovely green vegetation. Breakfast was good but service, by the male waiters lacked good service and felt slack. For my first breakfast i sat at a table and was made to wait 30 minutes for the table to be properly set. Coffee was served without a spoon and had to wait another 5 minutes to get one. Sunday breakfast, served by females staff, was very professional and great service.

United StatesThe room smelled musty and had a damp feel. We were only here two days but we never had hot water despite reporting this problem to the office three times. We were never offered another room and despite some noisy attempts, our hot water problem was never fixed.
Our room was spacious, the staff were friendly and the included breakfast was very good.

United States- Lack of communication : the property/receptionist didn’t give us a heads up about water interruption and wasted so much time waiting for the water to come back and giving us the assurance that it will be ok in an hour. Two hours after still no water at the property feeling dirty coming from hours of hiking. Key : informing your guests.

One of the guys at reception kept charging us for water even though another receptionist would give it to us for free.. I wouldn't be surprised if it was this guy who stole our money.

Cayman IslandsRoom was very hot and stuffy. Between 76 and 79 fahrenheit/24 to 26 celcius, with little air movement and high humidity (over 75%), despite a fan being provided. No a/c. Possibly not a problem for people from hot countries (in which case, this is a great hotel!), but if you are from a cold country and prefer to sleep in cold temperatures, it's not comfortable. It's a lovely hotel with great service, ambiance and breakfast, but I couldn't sleep from the heat and dead air, so sorry for a not great review!
Super helpful, polite and professional staff. Helped with fan, plug adaptor, arranging transport and all queries. Historic convent hotel with great ambiance. High quality breakfast.
