There wasn't a locker available (despite 'lockers' being listed as an included services), and no secure alternative for storing valuables was offered. The establishment didn't seem set up to deal with cash payments. The kitchen was not great. The pool was filthy.

The bed was comfortable; I liked the showers (hot water and a bench for your clothes). Staff were polite. Nice seating areas

It's busy, and people come in groups, so they can be annoying..many lack social skills... This is no reflection on the staff...

Friendly helpful staff. They let us keep our bags overnight so we could do the Acatenango hike. Clean dorms, comfortable capsule beds. Pool was great and the food in the poolside restaurant was really good!

I booked the tent for 2 people. When we arrived the person at the reception claimed that we only booked for 1 person. I could prove on my booking confirmation that it was for 2 but he didn’t care. He also said that all the other beds are taken for that night and he offered us to sleep together in one bed (no double bed) but pay the double price - which was a ridiculous offer. I asked him if I could cancel the booking then but he also refused that. He was not willing to compromise on anything at all, even though I clearly booked for 2 people and it was the hostels mistake. In the end my friend had to book another accommodation for the night and I still had to pay the full price. Also the tent gets really cold at night and the stove in the kitchen takes forever to properly heat up (it took me 45minutes to cook pasta).

The hostel itself including the outside area looks really nice. There are enough toilets and showers. They have hot water in the shower.

No lockers in the dorms, no curtains for privacy. Was hoping for some complimantry coffee, as there is in other hostels in Antigua. A cute, yet surprising cat, jumped at me in the middle of the night

An amazing, very friendly and helpful staff! A comfortable kitchen for making your own food. Good showers with hot water. Very nice common area on the back yard, and not too loud :) The dorm room was pretty comfortable and wasn't small or crowded.

This hostel feels like home. There is plenty of space (especially outside) to chill. If you feel like connecting to people that is easy, but if you don't you can also be on your own. Super comfy beds, many clean showers and toilets and obviously the pool is great. The staff is really friendly as well. Compared to other hostels I stayed in Antigua, this is definitely the best one and I would definitely come back.

The WiFi speed and coverage was bad. And when I needed to stay up to work on the computer in the common room, a member of staff told me I needed to go, because he was going to sleep in the common room.

It was pretty. They also had EU plugs in the rooms which was very nice. The staff was accommodative in setting up Shuttles and laundry for us. The rooms could be made dark with the thick curtains. Lots of closet space for clothes

Maybe the price, but it was good worth for money

Honestly the greatest hostel I've stayed in. It felt like a hotel! I arrived in the early morning (with the night bus) and lovely Fatima was super welcoming. She lat me stay by the pool and later on there were some DJs playing, so it even became better 🤍 when I finally left the pool to check in, I saw the bed in the dorms is like a small private space and spacious ensuite bathroom, which made it very convenient. The staff was mega friendly and professional, and didn't hesitate to help me with random stuff (menthol cream, drying services to my bikini that refused to dry before the volcano hike, instructions and luggage storage), everything in a great mood and a big smile. Highly recommend 🌈

The only thing that I can say is that they should work in the eating area. We should be able to eat in the back garden where the pool is, but the people from the hostel are not allowed to be there while eating if we don’t buy from the bar that it’s in the other side.

Everything was amazing, the staff was extremely nice, the pool was great and I enjoyed being there. Definitely coming back.

Minor things but, The music by the pool during the day is bad. Very clubby, techno, not relaxing. It doesn't fit the vibe of the place at all. Also, the fridge is VERY cramped. They should do a fridge clean out then organize it by room or something so that they know when a person has left food behind. There should be some kind of labeling system.

If you can find a room here for your stay in Antigua definitely do it. The pool area is epic with hammocks and comfy lounges. Such a good place to come back and relax .
