Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandLack of paper towels and washing liquid in the kitchenette to wash the dishes (the staff did it daily but normally you would prefer not to keep them dirty in the sink).
Location - I loved the neighborhood (lively, authentic residential area with plenty of reistaurants and shops around, close to MTR station, ferry pier to Kowloon and ding ding tram line, nice Kowloon skyline view nearby). Very kind staff. Clean apartment (cleaned daily). Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. All new and fresh. Comfy bed - hard mattress indeed but I found it very comfortable (and I sleep on softer one at home). Quiet room (I haven't heard any neighbours during my entire stay).

CanadaIt’s a new property. Took A11 bus from airport and stops at hotel. Lots of local inexpensive eateries close by. Very convenient location via metro, bus and tram . Our executive room is roomy and nice. We used washer dryer a few times for our 5 days stay . Super convenient.

Fantastic location, close to MTR and buses for very easy transport to the exhibition centre in Wan Chai. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with plenty of space. Microwave and washing machine in the studio room was really helpful. Lounge area for residents was a nice additional space too. Fantastic shower, plenty of storage space.

New ZealandBed was very hard. I loved this but my husband didn’t and found he had back pain from it.
Modern, premium facilities. Bathroom was also quite soundproof when you flushed the toilet you couldn’t hear from the room (we had a baby so this was importantly). Spacious room, big bed, friendly staff. House keeping very accomodating. Fairly close to MTR about 450m away. Lots of eateries nearby. Good value for money. Loved that there was a washing machine/drier combo. Also the kitchenette was great as it allowed us to clean baby’s bottles. Staff were very helpful with our luggage. And they also allowed my parents to eat durian in their rooms- there was no signage to indicate that it’s not allowed but in Singapore you aren’t really allowed to, so this was a big bonus for my parents visiting for the first time and was the highlight of their experience.
