Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHad difficulty catching a taxi for a short ride Cannot catch taxis where there are yellow lines. Be careful about crossing the major road if you just got off the plane from a country that drives on the other side of the road. The double bed was big enough for one person but I don’t remember if it is normal width compared to double bed in America To buy food and go to 7 Eleven I generally walked up the hill although there are some choices on the road nearby if you don’t want to walk uphill I didn’t have a problem with noise from other rooms but some reviewers did Price goes up a lot on weekends
I was on the 23rd floor facing the park. No traffic noise. Pleasant sunlight and view. Shower walked well and bathroom had shower stall, versus just a sprayer. Right next to subway station two stops away from Central although where to find the subway elevator was not obvious. There is a lobby which had no windows but has some couches and the front desk I liked the mochi bread place around the corner. Cash only.

Very good value for money. The room was 'cosy' but well set-out and comfortable. The beds were firm, which was okay for us. Very good communication from the hotel prior to arrival. They helped out where they could to make our stay very easy. Excellent location, right near an MTR exit (great for if it is raining).

SingaporeThis is an old hotel. Although the room and the bed are clean, the furniture inside the room is old and the walls are thin. You could hear doors closing and your neighbors talking, which can be disruptive to your sleep.
The location of this hotel is very good. It is about 5 steps from Exit C of Wan Chai MTR station.
