Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Chinarefrigerator is not working at all, and the receptionist told me all the refrigerators within this hotel stayed in this way, not helpful at all, the milk and yogurt I bought had all gone bad because of the refrigerator and the receptionist was not even sorry for that, acting like it was my own fault to bought things which needed to be put into refrigerator.

The room is clean, spacious, very comfortable, with good soundproofing and blackout curtains. Transport perks: Airport bus is available directly in front of the property, and the shuttle bus takes you to the more central locations downtown.

United KingdomOur room was the first one by the lift, so you can’t swim hear some mechanical noise every now and then. It’s noticeable but not disturbing. We stayed for 9 nights, on the second last day, there’s cigarettes smell that’s coming from the central air conditioning unit from don’t know where. When raised with the hotel, they acted promptly to help by providing air circulators and refreshers but still didn’t help. They also offered us to change the room but as we were checking out the next day, we left it.

IndiaAs per our booking they have not given the room and told us the room of King Size is not ready and if I avail that room then I have to wait for some hours. So they offered us the other rooms and charged more then 20,000/- for the room without any complementary breakfast. It was our very poor experience about Booking. Com. Which is not expected. We always try to avail booking.com but bad experience. Thanks .
