I have booked the most expensive room but the room was not valuble as what i expect. Lady not come clean, toilet room light so dark. Abit noisy in the morning.

Hard to contact the reservation by email, it is getting 2-3 weeks to reply back. There is powder on the floor and not clean up in the afternoon, just changing towels and tissue restroom

The size of the bed. It indicates queen size but I’m pretty sure that’s not a queen size bed. It’s hard to sleep for two person even though both my friend and myself consider skinny.

The location is good but if you are first time travelling to HK and you’ve selected Dash Living, remember it’s opposite Oasis Avenue. Though MTR has the signage, but once you’re out of the MTR, it’s hard to find if you’re first timer.

The reception staff looked like students studying and really didn't look as though they worked there at all. Need to be a bit more like receptionists and great guests with a smile and look like they know what they are doing. Really didn't come across that way! In saying that they were polite and were great when I asked them to print boarding get passes out.

Loved the bathroom. Had a wonderful rainfall shower, although the switch to get the water out of the rainfall head was really stiff! Lovely pillows and bed not uncomfortable. Great location. 2 minutes from Tsm Sha Tsui underground station. Really easy to get about.

No heating in room. Got down to 15 at night. Cold. No water in the room to drink. Cups and kettle provided but not even a spoon or stirring stick. I think they are aiming for minimalist but the price does not reflect that.

The staff was quite discourteous. When we requested bathroom slippers, they informed us that we had to purchase them. Although there was a hot kettle for tea and coffee, no sachets were provided. Upon asking the staff, we were told we needed to buy those as well. Basic bathroom essentials were also missing, and we were instructed to purchase them. Even for something as simple as a charger converter plug to use for our stay, we were told to buy it from a local store.

The location of the Hotel is good and it very near to the Metro. The room is quite spacious and clean.

-impolite staff(asking for invoice but informing us the payment not directly paid to them. Therefore, no invoice will be issued from their end with an arrogant tone), -unprofessional staff(asking for laundry at the nights twice, but we are not informed that night shift staff is not allowed to receive payment nor activate the facility access until we wish to use the laundry amenities before our early morning check out), and - unpunctual staff(informed the morning receptionist will be start 0830 but many guests waited until 0900 but still yet not to manage to check-in) The room, There was a 'well-feeded' cockcrach that ran from under the bed. We give feedback to the receptionist, and full housekeeping will be given as per them. We found out there wasn't any full housekeeping given after came back from the whole day trip.

The service from the second we walked in, staffed told us to self check in while they played on their phones. Lack of facilities. Cleaners didn't even take out the trash when rooms were "cleaned".

the room's cleanliness was disappointing, with an unpleasant bathroom odor and uncomfortable beds. Additionally, some staff members were quite unfriendly. I won't be staying there again

The location is a major plus, being so close to main attractions. Walking distance to the subway.
