Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomLocation was good and bad. It takes time (approx 45 mins) using public transport to reach most attractions. But busses and MRT stations is only 10-15 minute walk from hotel and you only need to take one bus line to get from the airport. Price was rather high but visiting Hong Kong around CNY meant there wasn’t much else left to chose. Not many eateries around. Pool like all other hotels in Hong Kong during winter was Closed. Room had all the essentials but soap, no hand soap being provided was rather strange.
Modern hotel room with most of the essentials such as tea, cups, kettle, fridge, towels etc. (no soap). Room was clean, housekeeping was daily if needed. Good high rise views. Filtered water bottle top up in each hallway. Room was cold (mid February) but staff happily provided a portable oil radiator with no fuss that solved the problem. 7-Eleven and Welcome 5-10 minute walk away.

I'm surprised with a free basic gym. 5 minutes walk to a ferry stop but 15 minutes walk to closest MTR.

Interior is tastefully done with sufficient amenities. Housekeeping was also done well and clean and we appreciate the smiles and greetings of the nice housekeeper who served our floor at Level 12.

United StatesThe bed was very hard and the pillows were very soft. I also would've liked hand soap to be supplied, instead of having to go into the shower to get soap each time I want to wash my hands. If the hotel is worried about the soap being stolen, then they should have the same setting that they have for the body wash/shampoo and install it on the sink counter.
The room was very clean, we appreciated the water that was supplied daily. We also couldn't hear our neighbors which was nice and the TV had a good variety of channels. The location was also very close to the metro station and to other restaurants.

United StatesThe thermostat didn’t work as expected. We can dial to the temperature we want, but it will continue to blow the air without stopping. We have to turn it on and off manually. My visit was in the winter. It might not work well for the heating.

United KingdomThe location is quite far away from the mtr station and it takes us more than 12 minutes of walking to the station. In addition, there are no cloth cleaning shops nearby.
We like the facilities of the hotel, in particular, the air conditioner and the shower system. The room size fits us well. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room has been kept clean during our stay.

AustraliaUnfortunately gym was under maintenance when we stayed. We would have liked to use the Pool but opening hours didn't suit our itinerary. Would have been nice if it was open earlier. Universal plug or usb charging would have been nice too but reception gave us an adapter so that was very kind. Bathroom had some plumbing issues.but that was sorted after calling reception.
Room was comfy and spacious. Shower was nice. Hotel was close to public transport. Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious. Overall very pleasant with the stay.

SingaporeThe pillow is too soft. I have to ask for a firmer pillow the next night. Wish I had that on the first night. I have a change of room from a standard to a family room. At first the hotel is not too willing to help nor let me know if I would need to move my luggage down to lobby or if the family room is ready. Subsequently have much discussion, they have offer to help me to move my luggage to the new room. Quite a distance to move my luggage and walk from the bus stop to hotel when coming from airport.
The hotel is cleaned and overall is well maintained. Lots of eateries nearby worthy of exploring.
