Location was quite far if you want to go around Central Hongkong. However, it was only around 7-8 min away from the MTR.

The hotel was very clean and exceptional. Breakfast buffet was brilliant. My mom cannot stop gushing about the food choices that they have offered during our stay.

Seeing a used sanitary napkin was left in a trash bin at a bathroom was unpleasant.

Nothing we didn't like. Of course it's a bit further out from the city centre but the train system is actually so good that it wasn't an issue at all. I was concerned it would take too long to travel in and out but it was really quick.

We had a great time staying here. Staff were lovely and very helpful at all times. It was my partners birthday and they gave us a complementary upgrade which was much appreciated. It was a good size room considering how limited space is in Hong Kong. It is well worth the price and we look forward to staying with them again.

Interior room design definitely needs improvement. For example, the bathroom doors when opened block access to the vanity sink and part of the shower entrance, AC outlet that's partially blocked by the refrigerator cabinet, shower that's in triangular shape. Also surprised no hand washing soap is provided. Hotel front desk said due to environmental reason, this is no longer provided! Shocking since proper hand washing is very important nowadays to prevent spread of infectious diseases like COVID and Flu. Hotel could have provided refillable soft soap dispenser. Thankfully there are supermarket nearby that I can purchase one myself!

Bedding is firm. Room is quiet and considered clean and well kept.

The location isn't very convenient, not a lot of restaurants open until late around. The description referes to a hub but it isn't. No soap on the room, asked for it and the staff said they don't have it anymore(maybe due to sustainability) and that I need to take gel from the shower. So you need to go inside the shower area to wash your hands. Not very practical. The breakfast is ok, basic but ok. Television in a strange position. The room seemed bigger in the photos. The blackout curtain don't block all the light.

A great hotel; comfortable, clean, good facilities and friendly staff. The location is very convenient as the metro station is only 5mins walk away. The Dorsett hotel is really good value for money as Hong Kong is expensive. We were very comfortable here and I would certainly stay again.

Our 14-hr flight arrived very early in the morning and the staff was able to accommodate us with a room that morning which was a blessing!! The staff - front desk, housekeepers, doormen, engineers - were all awesome & very attentive. The hotel is very clean. The room itself was larger than expected and very nice (we had a room with a queen bed & a sofa bed in the main room). The water bottles were larger than what other hotels provide, which allowed for extra water after making coffee & tea in the room, and was replenished daily by housekeeping! The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also great! The buffet food was good - not as elaborate as other big hotels, but good and tasty. This hotel is in an industrial area though minutes to malls, Kwun Tong MTR, multiple bus stops. Restaurants are everywhere - even within the block of this location. A building a couple doors down has restaurants on every floor!! I definitely recommend this hotel.

The single mattresses and pillows are the worst I have experienced in years. The springs felt cheap and used, not supportive. I booked two nights and decided to check out on the second day.
