Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaVery clean hotel. There is free shuttle to and from the airport and rail (MTR) station. They allowed us to do an early check in which was great after arriving on an overnight flight. Very easy to get to Kowloon and Hong Kong island using the rail.

United KingdomIt's not really a complaint but the curtains in my room (959) had many holes in them which for me makes it look 'cheap'. I thought Sheraton had higher standards than that. Also there were no water bottles in my room which was disappointing.
The bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable. Check-in was done quickly.

SerbiaBreakfast was nice, but could have some more international options as it’s an international hotel chain. Food a bit overpriced, but still very tasty. No bigger complaints whatsoever.
Beautiful hotel, perfect location if you have layover between your flights. Very close to the airport, they have free shuttle as well. Also, they let me stay 2 extra hrs as my flight was late in the afternoon.

United StatesFrom check in to check out my overnight stay here was exceptional! I can't tell you the last time I had so many options at breakfast! An actual dedicated station for dim-sum and noodles, are you kidding me! :). The staff were so courteous, the hotel and especially the room was clean and well appointed! Having the airport shuttle for both pick-up and drop-off took such a load off my mind! One of the best hotel experiences I've had in some time!

Hong KongNo Gym, had to go to next door hotel and pay large fee to use gym. This was a surprise as most hotels provide this service. Also, the pool was not functioning as it was under repair and there was constant noise coming from the waterfront construction,
