Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is very upscale, clean and luxurious. The location is perfect for tourists as it’s in the tourist area of Tsim sha Tsui. It’s beside a mall so that’s convenient. There are a lot of restaurants within a ten minute walking distance.

Russia1. The breakfasts are expemsive. Especially if you are family with 4 or more persons. The mall infront will solve the problem. Also, if you have a plan to go to Victoria Peak you can have breakfast there ) 2. The room's window looked inside the mall. So you will see only walls and other windows
1. The location is great. The hotel is in the one fo best mall in the city, infront there is a mall with good and not expensive food court (thrre are a lot types asian cuisine) and close to metro MTR station. Also you can walk to the harbour (it's just only 10 minutes) to look at great views. 2. The room was pretty cosy, beds were good and there was a sofa with a table (comfortable to watch movie)

When we checked into our room, there was a bunch of HAIRS (it was a big handful of hair) under the basin cabinet! we did not complain nor contact housekeeping as we checked in at about 8.30pm and was really hungry and tired and in a hurry to get out to go for our late dinner. The second day, they did not replace a a pair of missing in room slippers (there was only 1 pair when we checked in) we thought that its okay , tomorrow they will replenish so just let it go, but it was missed again and the bed room slippers was not replenished! small disappointment on this little detail
The location of this hotel was superb and convenient with the Pier and the MTR within walking distance. The mall was just foot step away and there was a little garden just opposite that i could do my morning walk.

United KingdomWe opted for the enhanced treatment with ... 1) "Free Mini Bar" - This was a total scam unless you are a visiting monk who only drinks Coke or Beer (one can of each) or a choice of 2 x small kids 'Qoo' branded fruit juices. I had to specifically request water for the room as initially there was none. 2) The Executive Lounge & Check-in offered afternoon tea and later cakes or snacks and a glass of wine (or a cocktail which we did not have). We tried some wine and a 'hot' snack which was not at all hot enough as the hot trays were inadequate to keep the food warm and the overhead lamps to assist with this were turned off. For this reason we decided not to risk having a cold breakfast also and we had a good breakfast in the main breakfast room. Our room was comfortable but small and the overall value was below par and was the poorest of the the hotels we stayed in on our trip. This is a busy hotel in a busy location and perhaps they get their business too easy (they have two hotels in the same mall area).
The Hotel was in a good and central location, but the Hotel should do more to provide advance details about how to locate the entrance from the Taxi drop off point which may not be exactly where the external door is to the outer foyer in the mall.
