Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Singaporeshower was not working properly. bath tub faucet will still flow even while the shower tap has been fully turned, resulting in low water pressure for the shower. harbour city mall is locked from 1am onwards, making it difficult to access late at night. Taxis tend to drop us off at prince hotel instead.

AustraliaI have been too many hotel they don’t take deposit but Gateway Marcopolo take deposit over for 2 rooms 3 nights HK$6,000, I already ask front staff $500 per room /night. So, should be $3,000. And I have been told by front staff take 2 days to come back but today I called hotel they said take around 4 weeks and it’s depends on bank as well. Anyway you should train your staff follow your policy. And give information to clients clearly. And you need to find out the way hold client’s money and not make them get in the trouble. Or no deposit or keep deposit by cash. You know some people credit limit of credit card not too high. And some spot not clean properly got mould eg. bathroom

SingaporeI guess most of the room in Hongkong is rather small but manage to accommodate for my family.
We booked 2 rooms. Hotel is so nice to give us connecting room. There was one night we checked out one of the room to go to Macau and the hotel reserved that room for us so we can continue to have connecting room. Breakfast was good with variety foods. Convenient location but the place area is rather expensive area. The staffs are very friendly.
