I paid the hotel, they keep an omount and they promised it will be released on my account but after 2 weeks I found out that they did not refund the whole amount even though nothing broken . We were only coming for sleeping hours the whole day outside.

In my entire Travel life of staying at Star Hotels this is the first hotel which was dissapointing with room. A room with no Dental Kit/ No Tea Coffee Sachet/ No Keatle /

All the staff were very friendly and helpful from entering the hotel to the daily cleaning staff. The view at the Harbour lounge was amazing and the staff remember us from breakfast, they made it personal. Took my mom to Hong Kong and the stay made her experience memorable experience.

Lifts were slow, checkin and check out was slow

Paid for the premium rooms on 40th floor. Breakfast afternoon tea and evening drinks all included which was Amazing considering the price to drink in hongkong. Amazing views from the lounge. Rooms were very smart and clean. Decent WiFi. 100% coming back.

No mini bar was in our room. Rang reception desk from room, she said someone will call back and they never did. Long wait :( nearly an hour for Check in after a long flight from UK. But checkout was very quick.

Everything was outstanding. Dan at the concierge was very helpful :) went extra mile to give direction to Times Square etc and advised to take train not taxi to avoid traffic :) than a lady at the same desk.

Just the luck of the draw I guess, but the price we paid in January for our April stay on a non refundable club room ended up being a lot higher than had we left it to the last minute (although not as high had we booked even further ahead). Not sure if this is always the case or just one of those supply/demand fluctuations that happen

- Superb views from the restaurant, club lounge and viewing deck - Comfortable room with great bath and shower. - Club room has access to the lounge for drinks and snacks at selected times and the restaurant for breakfast which was worth the upgrade. Very comfortable area. The hotel very kindly allowed us to use the facilities post check out as we had a late flight. - Lovely helpful staff. In particular Elma really looked after us very well during our stay, thank you! - And also mentions to Maverick , William and Flora and the concierge desk who all helped with our tourist questions too. - Easy access to metro and tram stops for day to day sightseeing. However Fortress Hill metro is not step free access from street level to the main concourse so, if you have large luggage, a taxi to/from Hong Kong Station makes life easier when using the Airport Express train.

Very well kept, facilities were great but more than anything after a day in the hustle and chaos of being in HK, the most friendly staff you can find anywhere made every day there so welcoming. Rooms were a good size with a fantastic view of the harbour as per my photos. If you don't have the view from your room, don't worry as you have even better views from the sky terrace and lounges on the 41st floor. Everyone there really went out of their way to make everything special and help, which is far more than anyone else we found in the city. Special mention to Elma at breakfast and the club lounge for an absolute 5 star service!

In regular hotel you pay for extra like breakfast when you check out. The last day we went to eat breakfast we signed for the bill on our room and the stuf demanded payment on the spot! We told them that we will pay when will do check out... They refused and arranged for us an escort to the room like we are thieves...horrable service... HORRABLE!
