I booked two sea view rooms with balconies and we got a pool view. I mentioned this at check out and they said that it all depends. I do not think this is good advertising when it clearly stated sea view room.

Size of the room and the friendly staff made it a great stay.

Beautiful hotel. From the moment I arrived I loved the theme and the vibe of the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Wifi was terrible, couldn’t do any work online. Had to use personal hotspot which cost extra money. I expected good wifi as we paid a good sum of money for the stay. Would have been good to have more vegetarian dishes .

The hot water flow was inconsistent but overall stay is good.

The room was comfortable for a family of 4. It's near the park with shuttle services. The hotel was big and well maintained. It will.be great to spend 3 full days there to enjoy the parks and hotel facilities...

The only draw back is that there are no convenience stores or groceries nearby, so if you forget anything, you need to go out of your way to get it. The gift shop doesn’t carry essentials, so it would be better if they stocked the gift shop with essentials.

The Disney hotel is magical and it really caters to kids. The proximity to the park is the best feature. It’s so close that you can take a break and come back after a nap to get the most out of your ticket.

The room was big and clean and was only expecting for 2 beds but there was 3! The coffee maker and water dispenser were also a plus! Also, the free shuttle bus towards Disneyland Park and back to hotel made our experience a hassle-free one! Lastly, the foods in their restos were 👌

Very strict about check in time. No flexibility like Florida Disney resorts.

Breakfast is overpriced and not properly managed in terms of crowd control by hotel staff. Guests queued in a single file and a single egg counter could hold up everybody even if many folks dont want eggs. Having multiple queues can be considered. Bathroom fixtures & amenities could be better. Water pressure was low in shower. Toothpaste tubes are tiny. No bidet or faucet.

Great decor, large resort, near the Disney Park with free shuttle buses. Wifi speed in room is great >100Mbps

It’s quite pricey and rather crowded, but that’s because we went during the lunar new year period. Overall, there’s nothing to dislike about the property.

Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are gorgeous! We really enjoyed the nice spacious room with balcony. Loved the breakfast at Enchanted Garden and the character meet and greet. The accessibility to the theme park is second to none, just a short walk or a shuttle bus ride after a long day of fun.

The pool was closed and there was no prominent signs showing us the location of the bar for drinks at night...

Fantastic location with HK disneyland...convenient and ease of movement.

Very expensive food. Rhe breakfast eith the characters in enchanted garden wasnt that good. Photos were taken so hurriedly and not done well. Background of photos had so many people and unnnecessary items.
