Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineIn one of the rooms air conditioning was clunky and sometimes didn’t provide enough cooling. They no longer provide toothpaste and toothbrush or shampoo, so you need to bring everything yourself.
Location is excellent. Stuff is helpful. We got a room with a single bed, but wanted double bed, stuff was very helpful and changed room for us. Bad was very comfy

QatarOnly the 2 in 1 liquid soap, towels are inside the bathroom. But what I didn’t like is that all the other toiletries (toothbrush) you need to request from them. No bottle of water, no slippers. No bidet😞

New ZealandThe room was pretty small, but we understand this is typical of HK and it was fine for us as we don’t travel with big suitcases. The bed is very firm, but a mattress topper is available.
Excellent location. Easy to get the airport bus. Close to walk to many things or take transport. A really interesting district. We liked being away from the shopping crowds of Central and Kowloon. Our room faced the harbour and the view was excellent.
